I got the code, but it was wrong. I wrote a letter to support, they did not answer. I think it's a scam, be careful.

Estafa total. Pagas por una cuenta premium por supuestamente 45 días y nada, se quedan el dinero. Reclamaré a mi banco e iré a por ellos junto con otros afectados

sigue pasando el tiempo y no tengo respuesta , he sido estafada.

Hitfile (hitfile.net) file hosting website is a real SCAM WEBSITE!

They are selling subscription to download files as "premium" member for example valid for 1 month.
But after few days you are seeing a message like this when you try to download your files:

"You have reached the limit of downloads from this IP address, please contact our support service"

In premium page it still looks like you have still big unused quota, wrritten as below:
"Remaining traffic until the end of the day: 40.00 GB (40 GB/day)
Remaining traffic until the end of the month: 546,71 GB (600 GB/per month) until 28.02.2026 10:21"

But they are blocking you from your IP address with no reason!
(You need to buy additional VPN, maybe they will block that IP also, I don't know because I didn't try it)

There is "Open Ticket" link for Support but SUPPORT LINK is BROKEN!

If you send email to them, you can NEVER EVER receive an answer!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!

사기임. 근데 구조가 희안함. 무료로도 시간이 걸리지만 다운로드 할 수 있음. 근데 빠르게 다운로드하겠다고 45일 짜리를 결제했는데 이메일로 보내는 코드는 아무 의미 없는 코드임ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아니 장난치는 것도 아니고... 돈 쓰지 말라는 이야기임. 돈 쓰면 돈 쓴 사람만 병신 만드는 사이트. 환불? 고객센터? 티켓 작성해봤자 이새끼들 답장 안함. 읽긴 하는지도 의문임. 내가 계정을 만들지 않고 이메일 입력하고 결제해서 그랬나 생각도 했는데 그건 말이 안되는듯. 계정 만들고 진행해도 똑같은 것 같음. 계정 만들고 존나 사파리, 크롬, 웨일 등등 온갖 브라우저들로 다 시도해봤는데 없는 코드로 뜸. 여기에 사기라는 리뷰만 봐도 알겠지만 코드는 아무런 의미 없음. 대충 무작위로 만들어서 보내주는 거임. 결제하기 전에 찾아본 거라면 자신의 판단에 감사하거라. 시발 이새끼들이 달러도 아닌 유로로 존나 걷어갈 때부터 알아봤어야했는데.. 내가 자주 쓰던 비자카드로는 결제가 안될 때 그때가 신이 준 기회였는데 시발 하... 왜 마스터카드가 갑자기 생각나서ㅠ 내 3만원은 공중분해가 됐지만 더 이상 피해가 없길 진심으로 바란다.
무료로는 다운로드 되는데 정작 돈 받으면 서비스를 안 주는 걸로 보아 파일을 다운로드 받을 때 이상한 것들도 같이 딸려오거나 다운로드할 때 온갖 잡 사이트들에 자동으로 들어가질 가능성도 있음. 아이폰이나 맥북이 있다면 애플의 보안을 믿고 그걸로 다운로드 하는 걸 추천함. 그래서 나도 컴퓨터로 다운로드 할까 생각하다가 생각 접고 그냥 아이폰으로 다운로드할 예정. 갈 길이 멀다.
참고로 나는 결제했던 카드 아예 해지시켰음. 무슨 일 당할줄 알고 냅둠? 구독료로 계속 빠져나가면 얏되는 거임 진짜... 거의 이번에 처음 쓰는 카드였어서 살았지 아니었으면 좀 많이 골 때릴 뻔함 ㄹㅇ... 혹시나 하는 거기도 하지만 한국인이 저기를 들어갈 일이 있다면 높은 확률로 나랑 같은 경우라고 생각함. 나처럼 영어공부하려고 그 pdf 파일을 다운로드하려던 사람이면 그냥 네이버에서 와이비엠리더스 달에 만오천짜리 쓰는 게 나은듯. 불법이 아니라 공식 지원임... 너무 늦게 알았는데 일단 난 그거 해보려고 함... 하 2개월 버렸네 미치겠다.

First, you cannot complete the registration because verifying your email address does not work - "The confirmation link was not found. Please, request a new one". I also tried several different emails - with the same result.
Second, the access code I got for premium accounts doesn't work!
"Premium code was not found
Enter another code"
There is no support! I wrote them several times. They make a ticket, which you can't access because... You guessed it - Email not verified.
They stole 21 euros from me!!!

I like that this service is available. I wish you could download to a phone.

Fast and efficient saving my valuable time

I really liked using the premium version. However, I had a very specific thing that I needed to download. Other than that, I don't know where else I could use it. Maybe it would be good if there were a newsletter or something giving us tips on how to make better use of your services.

Similar recent experience as many others here. I chose a 45-day subscription, paid for it and received a premium access code in my email. Now I've been trying the code for a couple of days but the answer is always the same: "Premium code was not found".

I've sent several notifications and demands to the support staff to fix the situation (new code) or return my money, but I'm still waiting for a response. I'm not going to give up easily, but fight just for the sake of principle. The essential question is: How is it even possible that customers are sent a code that is invalid!? Absolutely outrageous!

I paid for a 45-day premium account and received a code via email... but when I tried to activate it by entering the code, I got an error message saying "Premium code not found..." What's more, I can't even log in. I contacted customer support, and they said their request was received, but I haven't heard anything back. This site seems to be a scam... I tried again just in case I did something wrong... but I ended up paying twice... What should I do in this situation???..... Hahahahahahaha

Premium code doesn't work at all. Support doesn't respond.
