It was very intensive very good and I felt better for it . I manage to walked without pain . But it didn’t last I supposed I will need to have more session . One session is not enough.0ver all it was good.I can highly recommend it.

Alessio is one of the best physiotherapist I know. He helped me with my knee injury using his physiotherapist skills but also using acupuncture and osteopathy. Total game changer!

I have been using hito for about 12 months to help me keep as active as I can whilst recognising I have MS .
Their approach is always encouraging and tailored for my needs .Alessio keeps thorough records of my range of movements .he uses different techniques as well as stretches has used acupuncture.
As a result I am walking straighter and without a limp

Alessio is the best physio I've ever seen! Highly recommended! The part I like the most about his approach is that he looks and assesses your body as whole rather than just focusing on the part that might be hurting at a time. This then brings long lasting results rather than just a quick fix. Alessio has given me some great lasting treatments and advice for my back and shoulder pain and has helped me fix my balance and feet issues for good. My bunions are literally disappearing!
Worth mentioning of course that there is some work you might need to do yourself if you want the treatment results to last, but the advice you'll get from Alessio is invaluable.

Highly recommended. I regularly visit Alessio to help me with my hip pain, lower back, shoulder and neck tightness. He’s very knowledgeable with biomechanics and rehab exercises.

I went to Alessio with vertigo that had me home, on the sofa, unable to do work or go out. Within weeks of his treatment, he had sorted the issues with my neck and ears. I feel so so much better and I walk out of every session with the satisfying feeling of progress. He’s extremely knowledgable about all sorts of issues, extremely thorough, calming and relaxing (which is just what I needed with the stress of a physical issue) and honestly, the best physio I’ve ever worked with. I’ve since referred him to multiple people - from my dad to my colleagues. Highly recommended if that wasn’t obvious already!

I had two sessions with Alessio so far and I could feel a difference already after the first one. He gave me some simple exercises to do regularly by myself, and it has been helping my neck/posture problems. Will definitely continue with the sessions!
