No la recomiendo en absoluto
Entré por una influencer a la que sigo desde hace bastante tiempo , pensando que sería honesta, evidentemente previo pago todo es fantástico.
Durante tan sólo tres meses de terapia se me anularon cinco sesiones,
La mayoría sin previo aviso, y otras incluso después de estar cuarenta y cinco minutos esperando.
La última incluso la llegaron a cobrar después de estar 40 minutos esperando, y para poder reclamar y que me devolvieran el dinero he estado dos semanas escribiendo a diario por el chat y emails , y gracias a que capturé todas las conversaciones y porque ya iba a poner una denuncia y así lo comuniqué, conseguí que me devolverán el dinero, pero creo que una sesión que no se ha realizado que se ha cobrado de forma incorrecta, no hay que estar dos semanas peleando y por dos Vias distintas!!
la atención al cliente es horrible y la primera respuesta siempre era"no devolvemos el dinero bajo ningún concepto "

Hiwell has been really helpful in reducing my work stress. Being able to connect with a good therapist from the comfort of my own home made the whole experience feel safe and relaxing. Technically, everything worked smoothly, which allowed me to focus fully on the sessions without any added pressure.

honestly a lifesaver. i messed up and double booked myself at first but the customer service made it so easy to fix without any stress. being at the comfort of my home helps me soo much with my anxiety

Horrible experiencia, la psicologa asignada me dio una sesion, la siguiente me aviso que no podia y para la siguiente semana me dejo sin avisar esperando, encima me quitaron la sesion como que me la habia dado.
Reclame un mes para que me hicieran el abono y me dicen que estan esperando respuesta del equipo financiero.
Sigo esperando la devolucion por el momento y encima perdi mi tiempo y mi dinero.
No recomiendo para nada. Vienes busca do ayuda y te crean un problema mayor.

I had purchased four sessions. I had a free meet and greet with my matched therapist after I completed the in app tests. The therapist told me that she’s not the right one for my case and I had to complete some more tests to reassign me to somebody. I ended up never taking the further tests and never using any of my paid sessions. I asked for a refund since I haven’t used the service I paid for. They have been dragging the process for two months now, not refunding me, not answering to my questions. They keep saying there’s an error and they will initiate the refund manually. Gave them my bank details etc still no luck two months later and customer service stopped responding without any specific refund date on site. As of now they are just thieves and I’ve lost my money without having received a proper service.

With my busy school and work schedule, I never really thought I had time for therapy. It always felt like there was too much going on, and I kept putting it off. Then I found Hiwell and tried their online therapy, and it was such a relief. Being able to join from my own space, where I feel comfortable and relaxed, made it so much easier to open up and actually. Thanks to Hiwell for making this possible!:))

Honestly didn’t think therapy could be this easy and affordable. The free intro calls made it simple to find the right therapist. The app is really easy to use too—I can schedule sessions whenever I want and stay in touch with my therapist without any trouble, which has been such a big help. Sessions have been smooth with good sound and video. Totally recommend!

Me visito con mi psicólogo en esta plataforma y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta con el.

La plataforma es muy intuitiva! Lo que quizás falla es que al reservar la cita próxima has de tener un saldo de visitas y no te deja la opción de pagarlo horas antes de la sesión pero bueno son pequeñas cosas por decir si hay algo a mejorar!

De momento muy bien y espero siga así. Ya editaré si hay algún problema

Hiwell, muito honestamente tem investido num marketing agressivo, dizendo facilitar muito a vida das pessoas. No entanto as marcações nunca são favoráveis a horários compatíveis , os próprios psicólogos não mostram empatia nenhuma . Acho que q saúde mental é um assunto muito sério , e é uma pena andarem a pensar apenas em campanhas de marketing lucrativo para aplicações que na prática não facilitam assim tanto o utilizador.

For something that is so important as mental health, waiting for a week for a session to have it cancelled same day is an horrifying experience.

I'm not a regular review writer - this is my second but I'm a regular with psychologists :) I was sceptical about hiwell since they seem to be one of the new ones but they surprised me in a good way! And gave me a reason to write this.
They ask questions to match me with the right psychologist. At first, I though the psychologist they matched me with was not a good fit. Still gave her a chance. What I understood after our session is that the there is a hidden algorithm behind that understood my needs completely after a few answers and matched me with the perfect one. She is an expert for my problems and I'm continuing already for a few weeks now. She mentioned selection process for the app for psychologists is quite strict. I'm having one of the best psychotheraphy experience evet and surprised that I found it in this app :)
