I’ve had a great experience with the app so far really working well within my investment area. What I like about it is how it just separates conservation areas article 4 areas even shows you proof of planning permissions granted very close by to where you’re looking to invest.

Would highly recommend.

Really useful & intuitive tool that fast tracks your ability to assess the viability of a potential HMO investment. Nice touches that give you a near instant snapshot of current & recent planning approvals. Visual aid in terms of where & what any extensions would look like. Some flexibility in terms of giving you some quick room rate comparisons. Definitely worth adding this to your HMO Toolkit

Super freaking helpful, gets all the information I need in seconds. I no longer have to spend days searching everything up individually.

The HMO checker app is the best out there. It has allowed me to scan through possible investment properties in a fraction of the time rather than having to try and gather all of the data myself. I really like how it compiles all the information into a ,simple, easy to read summarising report. It saves me the most important thing in my life…. Time! And for that reason I can’t praise it enough. Cheers guys!

Great tool, pushed it hard by trying different areas in London which made me asses if I was wasting my time or not.
