I loved the channel and was tired of create and craft and in the last year you have introduced all the things and guests that I had switched to get away from so now very rarely watch it now

I now rarely use HM after many years of crafting.I always turn the sound off - too much screeching, hysteria, arm waving and repetitive presenters. Graphics and camera angles on the presenter cover the demo's and we miss the poor artists efforts after all they have come on for a reason-to demonstrate and explain their craft and expertise. When other crafting sites are closing HM could have blossomed instead of importing failures. Too much wittering and shrieking, it's a shame that even sewing street is going the same way and I feel so sorry for John Scott. A complete rejig and culling needed.
So sorry and disappointed.

I have been purchasing from hobbymaker from their start and have found great quality items at competitive prices. They have been good and responsive on the odd occasion when there has been an issue ( usually with the courier). Each item is despatched directly from each supplier not hobbymaker, the downside to this is some suppliers can be slower than others and if you place an order which is from various suppliers when one company dispatch something your whole order is marked as dispatched.
I also feel they should include more descriptions on their website rather than rely on photographs as customers want to know a little more about what they are purchasing eg paper/ card weight, acid free etc

Wrong card sent in card bundle. Took 2 months to resolve and after sending loads of emails. Another card bundle still not received after a month and still sending emails to try to resolve or get a refund. They cancelled a new launch bundle the day after I had ordered it saying it wasn’t available when picking and still not got the £95 refunded. Bought it from on eBay instead for £10 cheaper and faster. I advise people try this instead of buying from this terrible company. Customers services are unbelievably bad and no one cares. Never know customer services as bad apart from Create and Craft who went into administration which makes me wonder if this site is going the same way due to lack of interest and care ! I would not recommend this site.

I have never had problems with Hobbymaker. Some orders may take a while coming but always received them. When I have had a problem I contact customer service by email and they have sorted it out for me.

I find web site difficult to navigate when watching g what’s on live. Also some of the kits are misleading- I brought from crafter companion and spent excess £50 and looking at it it’s not value for the money

Excellent service. Fave show is Sanntangle.

I must say I was surprised to see that HobbyMaker has low review ratings. I really can’t grumble at the service I have received. I have placed a couple of orders now and both have arrived within a reasonable space of time. I did have one query about an item and contacted customer services, they got back to me really quickly and answered my questions.
It’s a shame for the few who have not received the same level or service, but I am also sure there will be a lot of others who have.

Hobbymaker have great deals, on great items from different brands like crafters companion, hunkydory, We R Makers ect. Free phone number, one P&P on all items. Friendly call centre staff & very helpful with issues. Happy to recommend with quick delivery. Had no issues.

I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly,when they say delivery will be within 4______10 working days I have in most cases got it in 4/5 days have been very pleased, people should remember that it is sometimes the post office with the delays.

I've had no problems with anything i've ordered. There was a small issue that was easily resolved. It's been a great service and I enjoy watching all the different crafts.

Good products, good prices, postage cap great if ordering a lot. Delivery is a little slower than some sites.

I enjoy watching HobbyMaker not everything is my choice I watch what I enjoy when new compa is arrive on the screen I watch the first programme then it up to me if I like it or not. It can be very entertaing, informative and you have a good choice. That part is 5 star but the delivery let's them down and the shouldn't use the craft company,as an excuse for poor service.

I have found the company great having used it for last 2 years,the customer service has been very helpful even though sometimes a long wait on phone,but after all is free number.I have had 3 times when needing to contact about missing orders.Two were soon rectified and I recieved replacements quickly.The third did take longer recently needing 3 weeks to be sorted and phoning each week but now missing items delivered.Each time the ladies on phone were very polite and helpful.
I would recomend all crafters to try company,programs very informative even when I do not need products I learn so much about papercraft and plenty of new ideas for me.

Love watching the programmes to get ideas. Delivery is a bit slow but have never had any problems with orders arriving. All purchases are very good quality.

Have been with Hobbymaker from start but due to orders missing, orders taking forever to arrive, orders placed and then not being told no longer available after accepting the order I have now stopped ordering from Hobbymaker. Also companies using Yodel as their delivery choice very bad service damaged packaging and delivering to the wrong address etc. I now order from the companies themselves much better service and quicker delivery.

Ordered the craftsganza box. It was delivered really quickly. Smooth process from ordering to delivery.

Have always had good service from Hobbymaker and customer service has always been polite and helpful on the few times I’ve had a problem with an order sorting it out for me very quickly and accurately. When I had a problem with an order going through twice by accident they sorted it out before a double payment had time to be taken from my account. Good work Hobbymaker keep it up.
