Hobbyworkshop Reviews

Amazing Company. Decent Prices, Fast Delivery.

Consistently excellent service from hobby workshop.

Used many many times and always had a great experience.

Thanks guys

Ordered an expensive warhammer model, for a great price, on a Sunday. Arrived on Wednesday, well packed box and no damage to product. Opened the box to build the model on Thursday and noticed a missing piece. Emailed GW about it and was told to contact the seller. By 9am Friday morning, Hobby Workshop had confirmed shipping of the missing part with tracked 48 postage. Amazing service, and very quick response.

Ordered some Star Wars Unlimited items from Hobby Workshop as they had the lowest prices. Wasn't sure if it was scammers or genuine but saw there were loads of reviews on a different review site that I'd never heard of. I had no issues with my order, there was a slight delivery delay and I called the number listed for the company and spoke to someone really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with one item from four lost in post and Hobby Workshop replaced the item super fast which I didn't expect, Excellent service, products and prices so I will keep using. Order 2000172470

Like many model painters I use different paint providers and materials and used to shop around, but since I found Hobby Workshop that's all changed as they have everything you need and prices a great, service is also amazing. Recently used the pre order service for Solacu survivors (as too excited to wait) but didn't have to wait long and it dropped through the door. The delivery always quick and well packaged. The shop is only an hour from me and I looking forward to a visit soon.

Perfect. First time ordering, four MTG commander decks purchased. Good price, fast postage, good website. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent, item arrived in good time and in perfect condition, will definitely be using again

Good selection of stuff

Recently stumbled across this store….. super friendly, well informed of the games/supplies, etc and happy to share advice… supportive of the community that use the store, lovely gaming tables/environment. Just what a games store should be !

Hobby Workshop has great prices and really fast delivery times. Even with the cheapest delivery option (Royal Mail) most of the time orders arrive the next working day.

My partner and I pre-ordered all the new Seraphon kit and that was delivered on the GW release day, even with the free delivery option. Can’t fault the service.

On the rare occasions I’ve had minor issues with orders, customer service has been brilliant. They’re always fast to respond and get any problems resolved.

The only reason I shop elsewhere nowadays is if items are out of stock.

Couldn't find a separate listing for The Model Workshop (Order 30000021047) so hope it's OK here!

Great prices, fast delivery - thanks!

Huge range, great prices and the customer service is excellent. Frequently respond to emails out of hours and have on several occasions helped me out far above what I experience with other sites. Really friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Really good prices and efficient service 5/5.

Ordered a couple of GreenstuffWorld items- usually a bit hard to get hold of in the UK- good price and very quick postage.

Superb service, can`t fault them in any way. Ordered on the Tuesday and had them arrive on the Wednesday as promised.
Order was well packaged but not over the top and wasteful as many companies seem to do these days.
The website was easy to navigate, well laid out and informative and paying was just as easy.
There`s a great selection and availability of product with prices that are fair yet competitive.
Have used this company once before and will continue to in the future.
