I've had this light for about 2 weeks. Easy to charge and very bright light. I use it when working on my car by allowing the magnets to hold the light in place on the hood or hang it inside the engine. Also attached it to the side of the car fender when changing a flat tire. Great light for the price. Would work great almost anywhere. Even stuck a camping knife into a tree and allowed the magnet to hold the light on the tree, although I could have just as easily hung it over a brach.

I ordered 2 headlamps for a high profile customer of mine. The carrier they used delivered our product to the wrong address and also left the package in the road where it could easily be stolen. After notifying Hokolite and them having seen the photo proof that the package was not delivered to my customer and was left in the road, they refused to help me out. They did not want to reship the items or give us a refund for the items. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and they will steal your money.

Purchased a High Brightness Rechargeable LED Vintage Lantern. Out of the box, it had no charge. I was unable to charge it using the USB cable supplied with the product, or other cables known to be good. Tried again and again for 3 days to get customer support from Hokolite via chat and email. No response. Phone number provided on the website appears to be out of service. Per their terms, I cannot return the product for a refund without first getting a response to my return/refund inquiry. This was my first purchase from Hokolite and it will be my last.

Made good on their product after I received a damaged one. They sent out another.

The work light I purchased met my expectations and has come in handy many times. Great customer service.
