DO NOT use!!! My parcel with Dyson (500£) was never delivered, and the company provided no customer support or response to my emails. I cannot recommend using this service.

Muhammad Fahad is a scammer!!! Its a SCAM avoid at all costs! I am now persuing legal action as they have been selling FAKE dyson products (I have confirmed this with dyson directly). AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Scam Alert – Avoid at All Costs!

I placed an order with Holiday Century in good faith, expecting to receive a Dyson hairdryer as advertised on their website. Instead, I became the victim of what is clearly an organized scam.

The tracking number provided (AT668489084CN) showed a fake delivery to a different address in the UK.

The UK Post Office confirmed the tracking was not associated with my name, address, or order.

Multiple attempts to contact the company were ignored.

A formal legal warning letter was sent to them on 27.04.2025, clearly stating the fraud and demanding a refund or response. They never replied.

This company operates with fraudulent intent – from fake shipping confirmations to unresponsive and deceptive behavior. Based on my experience and others who reported similar scams, it’s clear Holiday Century is not a legitimate business.

Do NOT trust this company. Do NOT share your payment information.
I’m now pursuing legal action and reporting them to consumer protection authorities.
