Due to fly to Majorca 2nd of April,no word from the company had to phone them the day before to confirm holiday was cancelled .Asked them to send Email confirming that it was cancelled by them so I could claim my money back,they said would as soon as there was someone available in the admin department and youve guessed it NOTHING came.I have sent several Emails asking if and when I could expect a refund but they were totally ignored, finally got through on the phone and got them to send an Email in which they said the holiday was not refundable and offering me vouchers for future use.I rejected their offer and pointed out that under the package holiday rules they must give a full refund within fourteen days.All attempts at communicating with them either by phone or Email are now unsuccesful as they ignore Emails and they must have caller recognition on their phone as they just put me on hold as soon as I ring.I have given up all hope of getting anything out of them and have now started a section 75 claim on the credit card.

Please do not book with this company. I booked an all inclusive deal leaving 11th April but could not go due to lockdown. Called to get my refund numerous times and been told they will not refund my money, sent to trading standards now who are dealing with the case.

This company is absolutely disgusting at the way they handle bookings to refunds. Booked Benidorm for April 2020 back in November/December time, quoted £652 for 7 nights all-inclusive, paid a £300 deposit, put through to another department and they tried to add another £100+ to the price. Argued with them and requested they refund my deposit, said they wouldn't and after half an hour squabbling, gave us 6 nights for £642. I have been ringing regularly to check status due to Covid-19 and have now been advised holiday is cancelled. Telling me now that l have to book another date. I don't want to go again. David Smith was his supposed name. Yeah whatever!! i have informed HIM that l will be seeking legal advise. They cannot get away with keeping OUR money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this company at all costs

Booked to go to Egypt in March when we were over there the corona virus started to take hold and the Egyptian authorities decided to close the airspace for two weeks, I emailed and called countless times asking for assistance as we were stuck but nobody replied, eventually someone emailed back saying contact the airport or the local authorities, not helpful at all, they will take your money but there is no help or customer service if things go wrong. Go with a main holiday company as they know how to look after their customers. We got back by booking our own flights, awful company.

Unfortunately we paid Holiday Dew £686 for a holiday that was cancelled due to Covid19. We have tried to get the money refunded as I have confirmation that the accommodation have already sent the funds back to Holiday Dew. Holiday Dew, have refused, the atol certificate that was issued states that Travelopdia are protecting the trip, we have also been in touch with this company and they still have not replied to my emails

They are the best holiday firm ever! Katie helped us book our holiday, getting a great deal. Then storm Ciara came and it was cancelled. Katie was always available to help us with our refund, which we received with no problem. Thank you Holidaydew especially Katie. We will be back!

Absolutely Suck, customers services is terrible. Been trying to sort my holiday out for over a month. Getting absolutely no where with the level of customer services they cold called me and forced me into buyingnover the phone without checking even when mentioning numerous of times I wanted to check where I was going first and I was at work and couldn't book there and then. Absolutely terrible. I have had problems after problems trying to sort since then numerous of phone calls where by I'm actually in tears cause the people don't understand a word I'm saying. And then when they say theyw ill sort it they're actually not reiterating what I need at all. I have questioned many times via email had absilutley nothing back. Terrible company do not ever use these guys to book your holiday.
I'm still waiting for contact and still nothing and getting no where even after sourcing my own accomodation after there mess ups. I have had an email stating they have cancelled my transport I have paid for . . disgusting.
Be wise and do not ever touch this company witha. barge pole thry have messed my whole package holidays pushed and forced me to pay double the amount of the budget I have given them I'm about to fly and theyrr asking for more money fore my flights. Even tho I was told I had to pay for my flights there and then and couldn't wait to think about my deicision I had to pay over the phone there and then.

Don’t book with Holiday Dew ! As they have taken £192 out my credit card Which I never authorised! As had cancelled my holiday due a death so I lost over £1100 plus the £192 as they say it was because I cancelled ! They got enough money out me without taking another £192 And have ask for the money back but they won’t give back ! So angry as a lot off money to lose ! They say send the death certificate why should I me grieving ! They sent me a message saying they won’t take money out my account! But I just check And they did They have no right going into your account and taking money

Cynthia was excellent help in booking our holiday. She got us a cheap deal and secured an upgrade to a higher standard room for free. The only negative was the additional charge to third parties after we had agreed a price but she managed to reduce this for us after a discussion with her manager. Would recommend!

Dreadful from start to finish - the staff turn over is extremely high - so likelihood of being with one point of contact is very doubtful, plus everyone of them apart from the First Lady was rude and unhelpful. Payments were incorrect & had to be broken down by us and explained to them step by step, - hotels that were booked were shocking so much so I changed one before we went because of the write ups etc - that one was ok In HK although the one in Singapore was one up from a hostel despite my e-mail explaining as I am disabled I needed certain facilities (nothing exceptional).
We most certainly will NEVER use this company again and use tried & tested ones instead.
