Amazing!!! What a fab time from

Had a Fabulous trip to South Africa and Zambia handled by Ian Brentnall at Travel Exclusively Africa.
Ian put together an Itinerary for us and everything went perfectly . He had great recommendations for places to stay , safaris , winetasting and other tourist activities. Recommended and booked an excellent private tour guide for us in Capetown and the wine District

Our first trip to South Africa and a lot of time in the planning. Ian and his team mapped out a fantastic itinerary starting with 4 nights in Cape Town and finishing with 3 nights at Kariega Game reserve in their River Lodge before flying home from Port Elizabeth via Johannesburg. We brought back some wonderful memories and are already thinking about returning next year.

The organisation of our holiday from Cape Town to Chitwa Chitwa private game reserve was excellent. The 4 days we had on safari was everything we hoped for seeing many animals including the big 5. The accommodation and the setting were spectacular

A very big thank you for organising a very special trip to Mauritius for my family to celebrate my 70th. No mean feat when dealing with 3 families with different needs. Everything went without a hitch in spite of a last minute airline cancellation from the UK - thanks Bev for helping with that. Our accommodation was perfect and the location beautiful, the Victoria just right for young families. Thank you Bev, we look forward to planning another holiday with you.

We have just returned from a terrific holiday with Travel Exclusively African. On a previous visit to South Africa, we had largely put that package together ourselves, but the knowledge and expertise that their director, Ian has regarding this Country, ensured a memorable and most enjoyable visit for us. Ian’s recommendations for hotels to use in Cape Town and Durban, along with his suggestion of a Game Lodge to stay at In Sabi Sand (Chitwa Chitwa), were extremely helpful to ensure that we got the most out of our visit and all proved to be first-class. Within our itinerary, we also had a rail trip from Cape Town to Pretoria with Rovos Rail, which gave us an experience of luxury rail travel, together with the chance to visit the Kimberley Diamond Mine on the way, as one of its excursions.

This was a complicated package and itinerary to put together for us, and it was originally booked in 2020 to take place in September 2021. However, due to the South African Covid variant and the restrictions on travel, it had to be postponed. This meant Ian had to rearrange everything to take place in September 2022 and all new arrangements were quickly put in place and throughout the subsequent visit, all flights, transfers and excursions linked to the tour worked as planned.

In summary, we are very pleased that we put our travel arrangements in the hands of Travel Exclusively African and from our experience, would have no hesitation recommending them as a company to use for South Africa

I cannot recommend this company anymore. I am blow away with the amount of work and effort that was put into my dream honeymoon trip, before, throughout and after our stay. I was no easy client, sending countless emails daily, each getting replies to ASAP! I endured countless problems with the airline I was flying with, and even though I didn't book my main international flights through Beverly and Ian, they assisted me as much as they could with my problems and made it a problem of their own! I couldn't believe it! My trip was flawless, their knowledge of Africa is unmatched. Their little tips and tricks had us smug when we came across other couples in our resort. Small things like suggesting a Cessna light aircraft flight directly into our game reserve to save hours, had us saving on time and meaning more time for extra game drives! Other couples we met were never told about these options and had to endure 3 hour + car journeys on roads which weren't the best! We on the other hand, had the most amazing aerial view of the Kruger for half an hour, landing feeling refreshed and ready for our lunch and evening game drive. Although I had a budget I did not want to shift on the hotels I had in mind, somehow bev and Ian made this work, and even recommended Chitwa Chitwa in the Sabi sands- the favourite of all my stay. They also booked us private tours and car transfers with reputable companies, a big thank you to Adriaan, Brian and Allan! Their recommendations truly come with no catch, just honest people who want to give you a trip of a lifetime. I'm already saving for my next trip to Africa, I can't wait to reconnect with Travel Exclusively African then, as well as recommending them to all our friends and family!
