Holiday Sunsation Reviews

Was recommended this company by family members who have also used them, from start to finish it’s been excellent, Alex has dealt with the whole booking and not had one issue with anything, he found the hotel and flights I wanted cheaper than I found myself, the communication has been great via WhatsApp
Would definitely recommend and will 100% use Alex again for my next holiday! It’s been a pleasure

This is my post travel review I have now returned from my 10 night stay from phuket Thailand with my 4 family members. All I can say is totally outstanding from beginning to end with this company. I was extremely nervous to use them as I have never booked off Facebook before however all my doubts are gone. Just WOW attention to detail towards everything was amazing the hotel the location and flight schedule booked with me in mind as priority. I highly recommend this company and by name Ben for his ongoing aftercare and Emma for her initial booking and having the patience of a saint. I will be booking again and again. Thank you holiday sunsation

what can I say .Alex has been an absolute pleasure helping to plan our stunning vacation for next year to Zanzibar. he helped search numerous dates , hotels and destinations etc untill we finally got in perfect. our 5star holiday from 5 star outstanding customer service. Many thanks Alex

I came across Sam at Holiday Sunsation last year and booked two trips with him there and then.
We booked 7 nights at Siyam Worold Maldives and both times we have had exceptional service from Sam and his colleagues.
Even with me flapping at times they have been amazing and so helpful and understanding.
Life doesn't always go as planned, but these 2 holidays booked with Sam, went exactly as planned. We came back 10 days ago and everything went so smoothly both on the way there and back. Same with the holiday we had in February.
I cannot recommend them enough and have told friends and family about Holiday Sunsation.
I am in the process of booking 2 more holidays with them to Dubai and Egypt. If I can get the timing right, I'll book Siyam world again!

Has been a pleasure booking a holiday with Alex. He was very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. No research required as he did it all for us sending photos and links to some great hotels and good flights. He was not pushy and was able to offer a number of options. Looks like Alex will be our go to person for our travels going forward. Well done Alex you have been great.

I honestly don’t write reviews much but this time I had to! We booked our trip to Cancun through Holiday sunsation and from the moment we landed everything was just perfect. The hotel they picked was beautiful clean rooms great view and near the beach. The best part was how Ben and his team were checking in from the start to end to make sure everything was going smoothly. It really felt like someone was looking out for us the whole time. Can’t thank them enough for making our holiday stress free and full of good memories. Definitely booking my next trip with them again.

I contacted Holiday Sunsation after seeing an ad on Facebook. James responded to my message very quickly and gathered my requirements, he went off to see what deals he could find. Only a day later I received a message back with various packages all within budget and just what we asked. Due to work commitments we have postponed our booking but when we are ready we will certainly be back in contact. Thank you

We’ve just returned from Thailand and had the best time ever. Sam from Holiday Sunsation helped us plan everything perfectly. The hotels were lovely, the tours were fun, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Our kids loved the elephant sanctuary and the island trips ,such great memories for all of us. Thank you, Holiday Sunsation, for making our family holiday so special! Will definitely book again

We’ve just returned from a wonderful Sri Lanka safari arranged by Holiday Sunsation. Sam was amazing throughout, always there when we needed help. We had a small issue finding our driver one day, but he sorted it straight away and kept checking in to make sure everything was fine.

It was a special retirement holiday for us, and everything went perfectly. I can’t thank Sam and Holiday Sunsation enough for making it so memorable! He is a gem

Alex was really helpful and understood what we wanted four our holiday. He was patient and helpful sending messages to check he was on the right path. He found us a holiday at an amazing price to Thailand making tweaks to accommodate us. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Just came back from an amazing Holiday booked with Sam from this Company, he has truly amazing.

I had an amazing Experience booking my Holiday with Sam from Holiday Sunsation. The process was soo smooth and sam have been really helpful

Our Vietnam trip was fantastic. The whole journey from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was well organized. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the transfers were right on time. Ben personally checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. It felt like we were being looked after the entire time. I would 100% recommend Holiday sunsation to anyone planning a smooth and stress-free holiday.

A big shout out to James 👍 couldn’t have been more helpful in my holiday selection 👍 please don’t hesitate to book your holiday with the company

From asking about the holiday that was advertised to the booking process Alex knott was extremely helpful ,friendly and very efficient . Keeping us updated every step of the way and answering our queries in a timely manor .

I recently booked two holidays with holiday sunsation with Alex, I booked Thailand and Alex was brilliant helping me to get my seats which I wanted very helpful and very quick turnaround with solving any of my queries.
Also booked tenerife which I choose a hotel but decided to change hotels a week later this was not a problem.
Excellent service from holiday sunsation and Alex.

We’ve been dealing with Sam at holiday sunsation, who has been incredibly helpful, patient and informative.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to secure our honeymoon with the company due to a price increase with their supplier that took the holiday out of our budget, but Sam really did their best to try find us an alternative deal and worked very hard for us. But as we had our hearts set on a particular resort, we did not go ahead with any alternative offered. We were so incredibly appreciative for all of Sam’s help, and not once did we feel pressured to take an alternative deal; Sam completely understood we had our hearts set on a particular resort and I know they would have got us the deal we wanted if they could have.

Due to the fantastic customer service we have received, we will certainly look to book future holidays with the company and in particular, with Sam.

Great communication . Planned a great itinerary . Easy to talk too . And happy with the price too . Hopefully the holiday is exactly the same experience

Holiday Sensation, Alex in particular, made booking my dream holiday an absolute dream 🥰. I saw adverts of this company on Facebook, just as many other ones, but something made me feel like I could trust this company. I was sceptical at the beginning. You hear people saying, 'Are you sure they are legit?' I can truly say Holiday Sensation is more than legit. Alex couldn't be more patient with me if he tried 😋. He made all the bookings, gave suggestions, I gave mine, and we created our dream trip to Thailand. He took care of flights, accommodation and transfers. I did not have to do a thing. Although out of curiosity, I priced hotels and flights myself, and it was all coming out more expensive, so tbh, I wouldn't bother doing that again, as I know Alex can beat all the prices anyways ha ha. We wanted to upgrade the room. I contacted the hotel myself, and they also gave me a higher price than the one I got from Alex at Holiday Sensation! We are already thinking of booking our next trip with Holiday Sunsation! Alex called me when we were booking various things to make sure we got it all correct. It made it a little more personal too and made me put more trust into him. He checked in with us on holidays too which i found very nice ☺️ Overall, we honestly could not be happier with their service and patience. Huge thanks Alex and Holiday Sunsation 🫶🏼🌞🥰

Amazing conversation with Alex
Managed to get cheaper flights and locked in price for September 2027
Was looking at £3500 for same week with another travel agent!
5* Siyam world Maldives - I can’t wait to be there now, doesn’t matter how many questions or changes of dates, Alex was amazing all the way through to paying a deposit for my 40th birthday holiday.

Nothing was too much bother.
Flights direct and 5* Maldives holiday for a very very good price
