The parts were easy to find and verify prior to purchase. Ordering was easy. Parts were delivered within 10 days - a bit longer than expected but we live in a small country town so is to be expected.

Great website, really helpful staff, fast service and a return/ refund policy if the part wasn't right.
I had been struggling to find some brake parts for my daughter's 25 year old Mercedes A160 when I found the Hollander Parts website. What a relief. This website, unlike most of the others I had looked at, clearly showed details of the parts available and offered a guarantee and a return/ refund policy. I found the part I needed and spoke to a representative who provided more information about its likely suitability. I purchased it, confident that it would do the job. The part was in Queensland and I was in NSW and it arrived within two days. It was exactly what I needed. My daughter's car was soon back on the road. Thanks.
