Jefferey was absolutely lovely, i got ktips 80g done for the first time plus a keratin treatment a week prior. Surprisingly not painful at all and the shade match is UNREAL. Since its all manually done, its perfect. Jeff was very detail oriented and did not push me to get anything extra like some stores tend to do. He was so kind and made sure to listen and understand my vision, and boy did he COME THROUGH! plus he’s an absolute delight to be around so sitting in a seat for hours didnt feel like a hostage situation whatsoever! I’m very picky and cynical when it comes to stylists and he’s my new go to person x

After spending my vacation in the sun, my hair completely changed color and turned into a bright carrot shade. I was honestly worried nothing could be done to make it look natural again — but then I went to Mateusz. He worked absolute magic, restoring my hair to a beautiful, soft, and natural color that suits me perfectly.

Mateusz is not only highly skilled, but he also takes the time to really understand what you want and what will work best for your hair. His eye for color is incredible, and he uses techniques that make the result look effortless and healthy. I’ve been to many salons over the years, but Mateusz is truly one of the best colorists I’ve ever met. If you want someone who can transform your hair and make you feel amazing, I can’t recommend him enough! 🙏❤️

Horrible is the word. The product shipping is nonexistent and they DHL lie nonstop. 8 weeks and no product or refund

I rate my hair extensions at the Hollywood Hair salon in London 5/5 stars. They used the keratin method, which I found to be durable and comfortable. The hair looks natural. The key to success is choosing the right method and a professional. The stylist, Kaja, did a truly excellent job and styled my hair professionally. I recommend the salon for its professionalism and friendly service.

I recently got my extensions done at Hollywood Hair and I’m super happy with the results. The whole team are so welcoming, friendly and professional and they really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. A huge thank you to Kaja for doing such an amazing job on my hair, I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. It’s my second time visiting Hollywood Hair for extensions and they have both been incredible. The girls are lovely and so talented - great people to spend the day with in the salon! I’m absolutely thrilled with my keratin mini bond extensions which have transformed my hair from flat and lifeless into beautiful, long & full of volume! Shout out to Bogusia! 🥰

everything was okay however as much as they do their job good it will leave ur hair damaged no matter how good they do it ur hair will fall. for all girlies who are thinking of doing it be mindful when u take them off u will have less hair. it is not the people who do it or how they do it. it is just not healthy for ur hair as u will lose most of it when u take them off.

Odwiedziłam ten salon w Gdańsku z nadzieją na piękne, gęste włosy przed ważnym wydarzeniem. Niestety, zostałam oszukana już na etapie ważenia doczepów – zapłaciłam za 80g, a po zamontowaniu włosy były ewidentnie lżejsze i znacznie rzadsze.

Gdy zgłosiłam reklamację, zostałam zbyta: pracownicy odmówili przyjęcia odpowiedzialności, twierdząc, że „takie są standardy jakości”. Nie zaproponowano żadnej rekompensaty ani poprawy.

Czuję się oszukana finansowo i profesjonalnie – zapłaciłam niemałe pieniądze za usługę, która okazała się nieprofesjonalnym fuszerstwem.

Zdecydowanie odradzam każdemu, kto ceni sobie rzetelność i jakość usług. Ten salon nie bierze odpowiedzialności za swoją pracę, a klient wychodzi z poczuciem zmarnowanych pieniędzy i czasu.

I had an amazing experience at Hollywood Hair! The service was brilliant, and my hair extensions look incredibly natural—they blend seamlessly with my own hair. The salon has a fantastic atmosphere, making the whole experience even better. I’m beyond happy with the results and would highly recommend them!

Czuję się oszukana przez salon w Londynie . Jeżeli chodzi o samą usługę byłam zadowolona i niemam żadnych zastrzeżeń oprócz tego że moje włosy były tylko wyrownane na końcach i nic więcej bo pani fryzjerka była zajęta i tylko na moją prośbę delikatnie wymodelowane przez panią która zakłada mi włosy .
Największe rozczarowanie , szok przeżyłam gdy chciałam dokupić produkty Hollywood Hair na stronie internetowej ponieważ zaopatrzyłam się w szampon i odżywkę oraz szczotkę w salonie na mniejscu i co się okazało że salon sprzedaje produkty o 100 % drożej jak na stronie internetowej . Dzwoniłam do nich i pytałam się dlaczego panie sprzedają w salonie produkty 100% drożej , pani tłumaczyła się że na koniec transakcji przy płatności cena powinna wzrosnąć ale w takim przypadku jest to oszukiwanie klientów . Pani poinformowała mnie że ze to zmienia i wręcz mi podziękowali że na to zwróciłam uwagę ale od 3 miesięcy nic się nie zmieniło i wątpię bo jak idziesz do płatności cena nie wzrasta o 100% także przestrzegam klientki przed kupowaniem produktów w salonie HH w Londynie .
Kolejna sprawa o ilość gramów włosów która została mi założona , zapłaciłam za 130 gram włosów które podobno mnialam założone i z moich obliczeń i i ilości doczepię na mojej głowie wynikało ze mam maximum 100 gram . Czekałam z opinia do sprawdzenia ilości włosów przy podciąganiu , okazało się ze włosy po ściągnięciu miały gramaturę 75 gram razem z dodatkowymi 8 pasmami które dostałam do domu i oczywiście plus 4szt które mi odpadły w trakcie 3 miesięcy i włosy się nie wyczesywały dużo dlatego jeżeli chodzi o jakość założenia nie mam zastrzeżeń . TAK ŻE PRESTRZEGAM PRZEDTUM SALONEM.

Przedłużałam włosy w Hollywood Hair i jestem naprawdę zadowolona. Efekt wygląda bardzo naturalnie, włosy są miękkie, gęste i świetnie się układają. Obsługa jest profesjonalna i miła, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i w dobrej atmosferze :)

Very disappointing, service my Mrs spent £1450 on her within 3 months most of it fell out on the return they pulled out of there own guarantee because they said we didn’t contact them, although my Mrs show them messages from their number, but they said they lost that phone lovely people poor service charged her again and wanted £800 to put it back to what it was the first time after being told it would last at least a year
