**UPDATE
I created a case though PayPal and after no response from Hologear, the claim was escalated. PayPal have now closed the case in my favour, issuing me with a refund.

SCAM!! Christmas order never arrived, contacted Hologear and they promised to process a refund asap. Never received it and my emails are being ignored.

It seems I’m not alone…

Ordered a football on December 15, 2022. Never received. Will not respond. Complete scamming company.

I think I got scammed, I ordered a basketball 4 weeks ago and it never arrived. No tracking number and no response to my emails and Facebook messages

Ordered before Christmas and it is now mid January and my grandson still hasn’t received the basketball. I wished I had read these reviews. Sent 5 request for an update but no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The funds were deducted from my account immediately, however no one seems to have the time to reply to my request.

Same story as most, unfortunately. I purchased a soccer ball for my hubby, for Christmas. Ordered on Dec 8, 2022. Now Jan 15th, 2023 and it hasn't shipped and never will. Scam, scam, scam.

I ordered a soccer ball on the 12th December and still have had no updated. I have contacted support 4 times and nothing. It is showing as order confirmed but not shipped. I have no idea what to do. I think I might try y credit card company to see if I can get a refund. Extremely disappointing. Probably a total scam :(

It’s totally misleading! No where did it say you have to wear glasses for the basketball to glow. Yes they sent the goggles but who wants to wear them? I ordered it a month before Christmas and didn’t get it til 3 days after. They are quick to take money but not to get product to you. I have emailed them 4/5 times about the false info and they will not respond. I will never buy anything from them.

Scam!! Ordered a soccer ball on Dec 2 still waiting. No response from the email and the Instagram page keeps saying sorry we will get back $80 taken out of account for nothing. Will be calling credit card but there needs to be a way to get these scammers off social media

Ordered on December 6th 2022 it’s now Jan 05, 2023 only one update weeks ago. Destroyed my nephew’s Christmas from me. Emailed support 4 times.. completely ignored. Don’t trust this company.

*Scam alert*
Ordered 2 months ago and nothing arrived. Some emails saying sorry for delay but customer service won’t reply. I’m out of pocket hundreds of dollars and this order was intended for Christmas.

I gave this company a big fat zero I ordered my basketball on November 1 and have still not received it and it's December 31. I've tried contacting them via email and all I got was a letter from Santa saying they were sorry for the delay. well, we're two months in and I still haven't even gotten a tracking number. Worst company ever I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews first.

Placed an order before Christmas, when the basketball didn’t arrive, I tried to call the number which is OUT OF SERVICE and then I tried emailing the company and the email bounced back to say UNDELIVERABLE. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering as the ad looks so legit. I’m angry but what was worse was seeing my son so sad!!!!! Do not order from this company!!!!!!

Total scam. Ordered in November - no sign of it even being shipped by now and no one is replying to my emails.

They Delivered the ordered Basketball on Christmas Eve and I ordered it on December 6th, 2022. There was little communication at first, but then I emailed and texted with the Order number and address it was to go to. I was giving up hope but They Delivered!!!!! We are thankful to the Company Hologear!!! Our grandson did get his Basketball and I have the company to Thank!!!!!

I ordered a basketball and a soccer ball in November, through Walmart, with arrival dates by the second week in December. Well…first I got a email stating that the soccer ball would be delayed. No timeline just that it was delayed. Then about 2 days later I received an email stating that the order had been canceled. It got lost. At this time I didn’t know it was coming from China. Meanwhile my basketball was 3 days late. So I called Walmart and was told that the soccer ball was MIA so I canceled that and was told the basketball, as far as Walmart could tell, was still in China and probably wouldn’t be here for Xmas. So I canceled that as well. Walmart told me HoloGear would contact me within 48 hrs concerning my order. No such luck. So…the basketball did arrive over a week late, deflated and looking NOTHING like the advertised product. Unless you wear a special pair of glasses! The tracking information said that the basketball was delayed and still in transit while I was holding it in my hand. Absolutely the worst customer service ever and I’m so thankful that I didn’t get the soccer ball! Don’t waste your time or money!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a basketball in November and never received it. I have numerous emails to find out my order no reply. no refund and it was a Christmas present. I want my refund and I want this company to take ownership of there errors..... unbelievable

Absolutely unbelievable.. Clearly, I now know to refer to trustpilot prior to ordering anything from an unknown vendor - I wish I had seen these reviews!!! I placed my order in mid November for a volleyball and basketball... Clearly it won't be arriving by Christmas and customer service is non-existent! It's so disheartening to see so many companies out there intentionally trying to defraud people and steal money when so many people are struggling so much right now..

Ordered for Christmas presents in November. Wouldn't get back to me about shipping, delete all negative comments/questions off their social media. I wish I had seen other reviews first!!!! Total scam this company.

Ordered a basketball 🏀 in mid Nov and it’s now 17 dec and they haven’t even shipped it. I wish I read the reviews first. I’m so sick of these Chinese company’s ripping people off. This is the second time this has happened to me, advertising one thing and delivering another. Absolute rubbish. They provided tracking and it hasn’t even moved. Never again!!!
