Have bought the Rosemary & Bay diffuser oil on a few occasions due to its fabulous, long lasting fragrance.
Shipping is always prompt, and goods always carefully packaged.
I recently contacted customer service, and the response was prompt, and Jo was marvellous! The best Customer Service I have received in a long time.

As a first time seller, Home Bay made this process extremely easy. I listed on a Monday and got my first offer that Thursday. I accepted one of the many offers my that next Monday. Then 30 days later my home was sold. It was and extremely easy process and Home Bay provided all of the tools needed to sale my home quickly all the while saving my thousands in broker fees.

Communication could have been better throughout the process.

Home Bay has a unique position in the marketplace and I was skeptical that they could deliver what they promised, but they did, and more. My broker, David was as responsive as if we were neighbors and handled everything beautifully. I had many questions and his expertise helped guide me to a fast, easy, successful close with more ease than I could have imagined. I wish I could give a six-star rating!

I had some problems in the beginning getting my messages through then got better. Need some better guidance from agents when it comes to set up of showing the property for best results. As far as required duties there needs to be more communication on who is responsible for doing these and when. Over all the experience was good but I think there might be some overall advantages to having an agent to contact potential buyers which have viewed the property.

Home Bay Is hands-down the best listing service in the real estate market right now. Their service, model, and fee structure are unmatched in the industry. The rest of the industry needs to follow their Forward-thinking lead. The old outdated model of paying a percentage of a sale, having open houses, brokers open is unnecessary and paying a percentage on most home sale prices are way overpriced with the programs that do much of the work and being able to see homes online. The personalized service and expertise of Josie and David were exceptional.
Don’t be fooled by the old ways of transacting real estate. The RE industry (and agents) know their model is changing where they will no longer make an obscene amount of money (peoples hard-earned equity) for very little work. Home Bay offers everything you need in a modern world at an extremely reasonable fee (charged only if you sell).

Selling my home with Homebay saved me thousands of dollars in real estate Commission fees. You will still have to pay the buyers agent still which is usually 2-3% of purchase price. In comparison homebay charged me less than 1%.
Homebay did everything a traditional real estate agent did beside Physically showing the home for you. They set up potential buyers via an app. Just tell them when your available, clean up the home a bit and your ready to have potential buyers looking. With all that being said, David B with HomeBay was very professional, courteous and provided help when needed. We would definitely use them again wherever we are when selling a home. We recommend.

Not bad for a flat rate service. The only down fall is the realtor is not available all the time, but it depends on the realtor. They are capable of doing everything and have experienced realtor like other realtors. Just confirm their availability and they get back to you and resolve any issue.
