Absolutely amazing company!
I was unsure wether I could have a home birth due to a low lying placenta during my pregnancy. To my delight, I found out at 37 weeks that I could indeed have a home birth. I quickly found birth supplies and ordered the birth pool mini. This was then delivered a few days later.
I ended up going past my due date which meant the birth pool was late back by one day. I emailed to explain and the same day a received a lovely email back making sure I didn’t worry.
Couldn’t recommend enough.

Easy to order and came in good time. Luckily didn't have to extend time frame as baby came pretty close to due date! Everything that came with the pool was simple and intuitive. I went with the single mia serenity pool which gave ample room and was super comfortable to kneel in with a cushioned base! I definitely use again if we were planning on another home birth. Delivery was smooth, though id recommend scheduling pick up a week before its due back to allow for any delay

Birth Supplies left something out of my order and when I reported it said I had left it too late (4 weeks) and so they would provide the missing item but I had to pay (expensive - £6) postage. I advised I would buy it elsewhere and asked them to refund my missing item. They are refusing a refund. Will pursue through my credit card. Worth noting this is the second time they have made a mistake with an order of mine - clearly unreliable company. Would avoid considering how important birthing supplies are! I also called customer services to discuss the issue and was advised no one was in to take my call, then received an email 10 mins later despite chasing them up via email for 2 days. Afraid to talk to unhappy customers? Not a very professional set up.

As an Independent Midwife I regularly use Birth Supplies to hire birth pools for my clients. They are fast and efficient. This last pool I hired yesterday for a last minute client that I have booked who is 36 weeks pregnant and they have already dispatched it this morning.
If I never need to talk to someone at the head office I can do so without any trouble and they are very friendly.
They also have a large range of pools, so my clients can choose the one that works best for them.
I would never use anyone else!

I rented a birth pool and tens machine from Birth Supplies and it was a seamless process. They make everything so easy, providing all the equipment alongside the birth pool required for a perfect water birth. Shipping and return on the pool were simple and I would definitely recommend and use the company again.

Hired the tens machine for my first pregnancy as I wanted to have to most natural unmedicated labour as possible. On the 1st July 2026, I went into labour and used the tens machine to labour at home as much as possible. Absolutely life saver! I began to track my contractions and 2 hours later, with the tens machine, my waters popped and this was when I went to the hospital. I continued to use the tens machine until I went into the birth pool.

I don't believe i could have dilated to 6cm at home without the tens machine. I would definitely recommend. Easy to hire and send back with no issues. You're also given enough time to send back after labour so you don't have to worry.

We hired one of their birth pools after a recommendation from a friend.
The whole process was smooth, communication was great. Delivery was on schedule. Every item that you required was included with the pool hire. The Birth pool, liner, hose & air pump were specifically of very high quality.
There were clear instructions on how to do a trial run, as well as "on the day". There were clear instructions on what items they wanted back & what would be disguarded. Return postage was included in the price.
Added bonus that I had a fantastic home birth experience in the pool!

Ordered the birrh pool hire and tens machine hire. Great communication. Delivery on schedule, clear instructions on setting up the equipment and really easy and clear returns process. Would highly recommend this compajy if you are having a homebirth.

As a doula, I buy from Home Birth Supplies at least once a month. I have always found them to be super quick dispatching orders, and the team if you ever need to speak to them are lovely. Once I ordered two different pool liner sizes and they called to make sure I'd not made a mistake which is just brilliant that they're so on it. Packages always come well packed and on time. Highly recommend!

The TENS electrodes are big and well furnished with gel. They came packed in hygienic foil packaging. The electrodes transmit the TENs current really well, and do not affect skin. Ordering seamless and delivery within 4 days, through RM. Would buy again with this company although the gel is a tiny bit too sticky, maybe.

Very quick and simple process to order a birthing pool. Prompt delivery and clear instructions on how to set everything up. Very easy returns process - would definitely recommend to all who want a home water birth!

Pool arrived promptly after ordering. Was easy to set up! 3 tap fitting options available in pack too!

Our pregnancy went post-term. We were able to extend the pool hire very easily by email. However, we then had to go the hospital for birth as midwives would no longer support a home birth.

The staff at Birth supplies were understanding and helpful throughout. It was a shame we didn’t get the chance to use the pool as it really looked the part.

Would 100% recommend hiring from here.

This is my second time purchasing from this company with the first being a complete birth pool and kit and the second being birthing pool supplies (pool liner, hose etc).

Great quality products, wrapped/ packaged well, speedy delivery (same day dispatch if ordered before 14:00 and next day delivery) customer service is on point with this company as I’ve called up twice and both times got through to someone with ease and both staff members were helpful.

I ordered pretty late and they arrived at excellent speed. Make sure you border the right size. I ordered twice because the first one I tried was nowhere near what I imagined when I blew it up .
