bought tile for backsplash. Figured incorrectly and was 5 sq. ft. approx short. The business I had purchased them from said item was discontinued and was of absolutely no help. "Can't get it". I spent 2 minutes online and had tile in my hand 4 days later. good price and excellent shipping rate. will give HomeDecor full positive rating on all categories. Thank you. Tom Gibb. Age 67

Great tile. Super slow shipping.
I’m grateful they had the tile I really wanted, it was simple but hard to find. However, the shipping has been ridiculously slow and there was zero tracking on the tile, so we could not plan on when to install. It was really frustrating.

When I placed my order I was told it…
When I placed my order I was told it would ship in 1-2 days. That was June 3rd and to my knowledge it hasn’t shipped yet and it is June 11th. I was also told I would receive an email when it was shipped which I have not so assuming it hasn’t shipped. I went with this company because of the quick shipping!! That hasn’t happened!
