Fake company. Placed an order in plenty of time due to be received before Christmas. Got an email with a tracking number shortly before the deadline but the tracking number was a fake one that Evri confirmed never existed. As of today, no parcel nor any reply from customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service no product after 7 weeks, useless when you try and email them, wish id never parted with my money and read the reviews first before buying the product

I ordered a lamp for a Christmas present for a friend. A delivery arrived from Yodel on 28th December. It was put through my letterbox and before I could get to the door the driver had gone. It was a a very tiny wooden replica of a
guitar! I contacted Homefaves but they said it has been delivered and I would need to contact Yodel and complete a form for non-delivery and send them proof to show I had contacted Yodel about it. This proved impossible! I asked for a refund but Homefaves said they could not give one without proof from Yodel. I will put my trial with this totally rubbish company down to experience and would advise anyone against ordering anything from them.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a set of artificial candles from this company. One of the candles arrived broken, and another stopped working after just three days. I received no response from their customer support, and I will not be using this company in the future. Absolute rubbish.

I ordered an item prior to Christmas with the expectation it would be delivered in time to be gifted. Any and all comms are really slow. Nowhere does it indicate items are being shipped from China.
I emailed prior to despatch to cancel but they didn't reply until miraculously the item arrived. No they claim I have to send it to the other side of the world. £10 for a £24 item. Buyer beware.

Avoid like covid!!. no tracking. no contact.no delivery.

Products were nothing like the pictures.
Cheap nasty products came and trying to get a refund in the stated time frame is a joke. It says homeFaves UK and my product came from China with Chinese packaging.

This company are not UK based as the website would have you believe. They take your order and then a couple of days later, an email arrives saying that delivery 'may take a little longer than expected' which upon investigation, is because they are based in China. I get the impression this is standard practice.

My item (a weighted blanket/throw) did turn up after about 3 to 4 weeks and was actually not too bad for the money when it did arrive hence my 2 star rating. However, I do wish I'd read these reviews first. Order at your peril but I wouldn't recommend.

Awful , product I ordered was not as described, I bought a light in a box with snow inside , actual item that came (took over 2 weeks to arrive after, Christmas was over and it was insufficiently wrapped, product was broken and you had to build it yourself, glue and snow included to assemble a plastic broken box . Just nasty and no reply to emails for a refund

Shocking delivery time. Tracking poor, item not the best when it did finally arrive ( after Christmas despite ordering well before). Wish I’d looked at TP reviews rather the ones they purportedly have on their own website.

This company doesn't deserve a single star and please read reviews before you commit the same mistake I did.
Products are not from UK. but straight from China! I had to wait for 3.5weeks to a £15 order which was a desk lamp that arrived broken with no instruction how to assemble and when I say assemble I mean it. I will upload photos about the product's condition as it arrived as well just to give a better idea what costumers should expect in the UK.

Do not use this company. Order not delivered despite waiting 3 weeks and endless emails sent to no avail. Still zero response. Avoid at all cost!

This is a follow up review. I wasn't sure that I would get my refund, but it came through today. I think it's because I used PayPal and had raised an issue in the Resolution Centre.
There is something not at all right with this organisation and I will never buy from it again.
Instead I have now done what I should have done originally; bought a reputable brand, through a trusted site and paid more!

I ordered 2 sets of dark grey candles and they took the money from bank account that was on the 13th of December and I’ve never received an email or any correspondence from this scamming company, They must be sitting back & counting all the money that they’ve scammed from everyone. DIRTY SCUMBAGS

Ordered presents several weeks before Christmas. Track order does not work, nothing received and automated email responses just keeps asking for same information. So no presents or money, and track updates indicate my parcel hasn't moved for days. Avoid!

Cheep broken crap didn't work, emails and text but no replies.

Found the ordering and delivery fine. Ordered fire extinguisher bar as a gift,very flimsy from what I expected due to their photos, but as I was reminded by my wife it's a novelty gift, so keep that in mind if you're ordering one. Tracking system was fine, if a little slow to update. Old story you only get what you pay for. Just realised if you put a bottle in it door won't close because of shot glass holders.???

I've contacted this company via email and chat but nothing back! My tracking says its been delivered at 0430am. I've no tracking number only order number. I think I've lost my money and order! Under no circumstances would I use them again. I also wish I read the reviews!!

Do not use!

Bought a 'fire bar' gift on the 8th December. The 'shop app' has been tracking purchase for two weeks and it's been 'on way to courier' the entire time. Huge lack of comms from the company as well - they just have an automated reply that makes you think you're going to get through to someone. Wish I had looked them up beforehand - but do not use and save your money. I'll be proceeding via ombudsman to fight to get money back.

Ordered a tea set on December 6th. As of December 22nd it is still not delivered. I emailed the company a week ago and received nothing in response. If you want proper service or timely delivery then avoid, avoid, avoid.
