Do not use. They take your order and send alternative items, which are nothing like the original and of poor quality. They lie and refuse to give you a refund. Still trying to get my money back, and l am not optimistic. Terrible experience

OK, I got one of the items, after 2 months waiting, and thousands of meils. It is good quality, looks like the picture and the size is good.
So not so bad. Still I am waiting one more item. They said 2 weeks pospond. This means may be another 2 months.

Garbage, arrived after 6 weeks. Wasn't even cotton as advertised. Washed it on gentle setting, it fell apart. RIP off. Don't buy this crap.

La taille "S" est en fait du "M"
Le délai de livraison bat tous les record : 2 mois !
La seule possibilité de retour est en Chine au frais du client !
Si voulez savoir comment perdre de l'argent alors allez-y foncez ! vous ne serez pas déçus !

Would like to rate zero stars. Over 100 people are complaining about the company in the Paypal community and have opened disputes. Evidently also operates under other names, and sometimes the websites are no longer functioning to receive complaints. The payment was listed as Joyfornice Designs. Homegaden has an online form for inquiries, but no other contact info. You receive an automated reply saying customer service will contact you within 48 hours, & then you never hear from them again. I received 1 item out of 4 and it was terrible, nothing like the picture. According to the Paypal community, I may be required to return that item before any of the order is refunded. If you have the same problem, there is a way you can claim the return shipping cost, but you have to do it ahead of time and Paypal hides it fairly well. There is a Paypal article about it.

Handl der endelig ikke.
Jeg bestilte 8 stykker tøj, fik mail om at 2 ting var udsolgt - jeg fik penge retur for én af de 2 udgåede varer.
Idag kom pakken så, som burde indeholde 6 stykker tøj - men der var kun 1!!!

De har ikke svaret på mail og når jeg trykker på link på min order kommer jeg bare ind på en fejl side - en side 404 som skriver at siden ikke findes!

Og det ene stykke tøj jeg har fået er i virkelig dårlig kvalitet og helt ubrugeligt 😡

Så det er godt 1.000kr ud af vinduet 😤

Utterly unbelievably repugnant. I ordered two cardigans. Weeks later the most heinous items arrived, not even wool . They were totally laughable some repulsive material was used, the buttons were hanging off. How they are continuing to be allowed to be clearly appropriating a proper knitwear website is beyond me. If I had the time I’d sue them. They are joke.. they won’t refund . Do NOT buy

Société d'arnaqueur , ne commandé jamais chez eux. J'ai commandé 2 leggings le 22 septembre, il y avait un temps de livraison prévu entre 10 et 20 jours, et j'ai reçu le premier "leggings " au bout de plus d'un mois et en plus de Chine...la qualité est horrible, mauvaise découpe, mauvais tissus, pas la bonne couleur, rien à voir avec la photo du site. C'est plus un sarouel qu'un leggings. Je leur demande un remboursement et ils me répondent de renvoyer l'article en Chine pour la somme de 140 Us soit 126 euros avec les frais de douane et que après ils me feront une réduction de 25 % sur ma prochaine commande. La grosse blague et surtout grosse arnaque. À fuire absolument 😤😤😤😤

Terrible company. It takes ages for the product to arrive. It is the wrong size and 5hey try to fob you off with a 25% refund rather than take the item back. Just rubbish. Do not buy from them

To award even one star is grossly over-generous. I ordered a cardigan which in the photo showed a fairisle knit. What I got, six weeks later, was a polyester printed version in a completely different colour. I’ve been trying for a week to get them to send me a return address label, but they’re constantly stalling for time, ignoring my emails, so that the period in which I can return it will soon run out.

I feel like a schmuck! After 2 months , I received 1 of the 3 items that I ordered and to add to it, the quality is absolute crap!

I saw the ad on Facebook and If I could, I would've put NO stars. Having read the reviews I now wish of read them BEFORE I ordered a sweater. They took my money straightaway. That was on 26 September 2019 and it's now 30 October and I still don't have it. Contacted them several times and they said they've had a much higher response for the sweater and they were working to get it to me asap. Yeah right! I've asked for immediate delivery or a full refund. Will let you all know how I get on.

Noticed an ad on FB. Ordered a pair of leggings over a month ago and still nothing. If I try to track the order on their website, it comes up with: "Page Not Found".
Trading standards should be all over this company!!

Ordered two items. Both absolutely rubbish quality, nothing like their picture, also had a smell to them like they had been kept in a damp basement for months!!! A total waste of money........

Crap of clothes, They are nothing like the picture, they look so Cheap and vas quality. I ordered a leggin that seemed amazing, it took 8 weeks to arrive and it looks like a maternity clothes and it has a hole.

Never buy anything from this website. The photography makes the clothes look amazing. They will take 6 weeks to arrive if you are lucky and they look very cheap in comparison to what you thought you bought. Lies, lies lies. Never again. This business should be shut down!

Don't order from this site!!! The cloths are crap quality and when you try to return them it's impossible!! 1 star is being generous, they don't give you a clear order number and if you try more than twice you get a red flag saying try again later..Guess it's exactly what I expected from a chinese product!!

Worst site ever. I ordered what equates to two pairs of leggings over two months ago and they still haven’t arrived! I keep asking and I get told one thing and then another thing. Then when I asked to cancel and get a full refund they sent me an email saying I needed more information before I decided. I don’t need more information just give me my money!

Very bad experience! they showed a very nice knited sweater, with beautiful jackard and what I got after two months, is something that looks like plastic fabric with some printed motifs. Impossible to wear or give it away, unless you want to hurt someone's feelings. To return it and get the money back is like an impossible adventure, I am on it, but I believe I won't succeed, of course one has to pay the postage to bring it to China and once there if there are taxes of customs, I will be charge too. Do not buy from them.
