Home Improvement Growth Reviews

James has been dealing with our Facebook adverts for nearly 2 years now and we have to say he has done a very good job for so far sorting our ads out, updating them as and when he has noticed they have started to not perform and ensuring we get as many fresh leads in as possible.
He has now done live filming with us on a actual fitting on the day and a few previous installations done recently for a new set of adverts James and his filming guy spent a day with us filming to get what he needed for a run of new ads and so far it all looks good. The new ad format has just gone live today so hopefully they will start to reap good rewards.

From our experience over the last 2 years he has been very professional and would highly recommend his services.

Total home improvements.

I’ve been using this company for my social media marketing and honestly the results have been brilliant.
They’ve completely changed the level of enquiries I’m getting and it’s actually turning into real work, not just time wasters. April 2026 alone we hit around £50k in sales, which speaks for itself.
They know what they’re doing when it comes to targeting and getting the right kind of leads in. Communication has been solid as well – always quick to respond and happy to tweak things when needed.
If you’re on the fence about using a marketing company, I’d definitely recommend giving these guys a go. It’s been a good investment for me!

Highly recommend James, especially for trades looking for real results.
James delivered everything he said he would and more. We’ve had a steady flow of quality leads, converted several into confirmed jobs already, with others still in the pipeline. The difference has been the quality — these are genuine enquiries, not time-wasters.
His marketing strategy and video content were spot on and clearly tailored to our business rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Communication has been excellent throughout, and it’s refreshing to work with someone who understands trades and actually delivers on what they promise.
If you’re a trades business looking for proper lead generation that works, I’d have no hesitation recommending James. Looking forward to building on this even further in the new year.

James has worked with me on our company from day dot. Not only has he exceeded our expectations but has listened and performed in every instance.

We continue to use James and his skulls and look forward to the future.

Couldn’t recommend James at home improvement growth enough. After previously struggling with paid social ads, the quality and consistency of leads I have had thorough the campaign have been fantastic.

We started working with Home Improvement Growth a few months ago after switching from our old provider, and it’s been a fantastic move. We count on them to bring in over 100 leads a month for our spraying company, and have been nothing but honest, clear, and reliable which is hard to find with marketing and lead generation companies.

James keeps us updated on everything, and his straight talk has really built our trust. If there’s an issue with the leads or they slow down, James is up front and quick to jump in with solutions to get things going again. I have already referred them to a couple of people in my network, it’s definitely worth giving them a shot!

I’ve been working with James for the past six weeks ( once the campaign went live ) since day one the leads have flowed in at an unbelievable pace well surpassing my expectations, not only did we have plenty of lead but they where top quality too .
So far we’ve sold over £90k and we’ve got our order book full for the next month and it’s growing to the point where we’ll need more man power to keep up.
Conversion rate is 1in 3 which where delighted with , so to sum my experience up with Home Improvement Growth is a 10/10 from us.
Thank you James for following our brief to the letter and over delivering on your promises .
I’d recommend James and his company to any one who’s new to social media marketing because it WORKS !!

It gives me a lot of pleasure to write this review.
I have been in business for 20 years in the construction industry and have always found the online advertising almost impossible to understand. It seems an industry full of charlatans and con men that never cease to disappoint. Always full of promise until you give them your hard-earned money.
However, since we signed up with James, we have finally found someone who I feel I can trust and that has delivered on their promises, and much more.
His understanding of this area is very strong, and he has set up systems that we understand and can have a grown-up conversation around. If there is something that we don’t understand, he takes the time to explain and coach. This helps us to allocate our budget and to monitor the results and test new ideas and campaigns.
This could not have been achieved without the great communication from James. It has become clear that he cares about the results for our business and has the experience and drive to follow up with actions that make an impact.
He deserves this review and I highly recommend him to anyone who has been in the same position as we were before he came on board.

A huge thanks to James.

We’ve been working with Home Improvement Growth for the past 6 months and they’ve not just been on hand to deliver great enquiries every day, but also help out with a few technical and security hiccups along the way!

At Stonehouse Garden Buildings, we consistently get around 200 qualified enquiries per month from Home Improvement Growth’s lead generation. And even if things start slowing down, they’re quick to find ways to fix it.

James is easy to talk to, transparent and quick to get things set up. They are a breath of fresh air in a market full of agencies with long and expensive setup periods that tie you in for extended contracts.

If you’re serious about growing a company then I highly recommend James & his team.

"We started working with James & his team back in November 2023. Since then we've been consistently getting enquiries almost every day for our luxury bespoke kitchens in a small town in Devon. We've had some leads come through that aren't are usual type of customer and James immediately proposed solutions to improve the targeting and capture those who fit our ideal demographic. Love it when a new enquiry comes into my inbox from the ads!"
