Excellent product and service
I recently purchased a bespoke eves moulding from Homemerce, and I am beyond impressed with both the product and the overall experience. The product itself is of outstanding quality and it’s evident that a lot of care and attention to detail went into its design.

Second time not lucky with Homemerce
This is the second time we have to deal with a customer service issue with Homemerce (their own website and their amazon shop). First, only half of a large order of coving was sent; we had to email them to get the second half two weeks later. And another product on their Amazon shop was NOT what it was advertised for; upon enquiring they didn't agree in spite of the two pictures side by side obviously making it clear; the seller replied in bad faith. Upon returning the item, the cost of returning was greater that the cost of purchase. Beware anyone when ordering from them. We will not be ordering from them again

Ordered side lit LED covings
Ordered side lit LED covings. They have a great collection at very good prices. Order arrived on time, however was only part order. The remaining order arrived 2 weeks late. But there was a supply issue at their end and it was sorted promptly. Quality of covings very good. Easy to install. Best done using recommended adhesive. Tip for buyers. You would need to paint a few times to get the finish matching to your ceilings/walls but that's the case with any coving of this material
Definitely recommend and the customer service especially is prompt and work genuinely hard for customers.

Very poor quality gu10 coving! Every piece had defects and some where unusable I had to spend days filling and prepping before fitting
None of them are completely the same either so there is lots of filling to be done once installed!
I had no choice but to make use of it as I was under a tight schedule and it was holding everything up otherwise I would have sent it all back
The quality is nothing like the sample I purchased a few weeks before so don’t be fooled.. I will add pictures for you to see

I would like to take this opportunity to clarify some key points and extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this process. We have been in constant communication with you to address your concerns. From the outset, we acknowledged that some lengths did not meet our high standards, and we took full responsibility. As a result, we promptly replaced those items at no cost to you – nearly £300 worth of goods sent without the need to return the original faulty lengths.
Despite this, we later received images from you showing that the originally supplied lengths had been painted and used in your project.
Additionally, we agreed to refund all the corners, valued at £130, again without asking for their return, even though the defects were located on the back end, meaning they could still be utilized in your project.
On top of these actions, we also offered a further refund compensation to ensure we had done everything possible to resolve the situation fairly and make sure that you come out of this situation satisfied.
While we understand your frustration, we hope you recognize the efforts we have made to resolve the issues promptly and efficiently.

EPS Wall Boards
Hi, just thought I'd offer a little feedback on your boards.
Delivery was excellent as the courier helpfully offered to drop them precisely where they were required, some 200m from the main property.
Thus far, very happy with the boards - as described. Extremely easy to cut to length/shape using a fine-toothed handsaw. I used Soudal Fix All High Tack for the adhesive. I can recommend this and it certainly sped the installation. Exposed ends were treated with Bedec Barn Paint. I only needed to do 2 sides of a 32' x 10' steel cabin - this required 60 boards and I did the installation on my own, taking around 12 hours.
Perhaps helpful for others to bear in mind is that the stated +/- 2% dimension tolerance applies.
