Do not use this moving company whatever you do!!!! They have lost lots of our things including expensive coffee machine and important things. We raised a formal complaint with them about this over a month ago and have chased 2/3 times a week since then and they have not responded at all. They left half the garage full of our things. We paid them over £2k to move us 5 minutes down the road and there were 2 young men doing all the work so they worked until past 11pm at night with no breaks and they told us how they don't get paid overtime. The young men told us how the owner doesn't pay his staff well, only takes the money for himself quoting cheaper than other companies and expects the workers to take no extra pay and work all day and night.
They took absolutely zero care with our belongings, they just threw things in to boxes with absolutely no organisation and things were broken, upside down etc.

The most frustrating thing is that they just don't care, we have contacted them again and again and again.

Sam and Jordan delivered a sofa for me into a flat that was a little bit awkward to get into with such a big time.
They called me half an hour before they came to ensure I was there and were right on time for what they had advised.
Once here, Sam came up to the flat to check the layout and how best to get in with the sofa. They were both friendly and polite, built the sofa and put it in the position I wanted. When they were done they took all of the rubbish from the sofa with them and wished me the best for my recent house move and explained I would get a text on how to leave a review if I wished.

Home Moovers have sadly been terrible. Cost of repairing and replacing items damaged on the move was over £2800. Items were not packed with care, boxes were crushed and damaged. They assured me that these would be addressed. However, they have stopped responding to my emails.

The move out day felt rushed and they left the entire cloak room and multiple
items in the kitchen.

We had to store the items with them. On move-in day the supervisor stated that the way the locker looked ‘like the items had just been dumped.’

Had our sofa delivered yesterday and had no issues. Jordan and Sam were friendly and polite despite our stairs being quite a pain to navigate with the huge sofa. Other than a small suggestion re using shoe covers or offering to take off shoes, everything else went smoothly.

Dominic and Aaron were fantastic and couldn't have been better. Very highly recommended.

Dominic and Aaron delivered and built my sofa yesterday and I honestly couldn’t fault them. They were both friendly, professional, and took real care with everything from start to finish. Nothing felt rushed, and they made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left.
It’s so refreshing to have delivery guys who are not only efficient but also genuinely polite and respectful in your home. They made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Received a phone call saying my delivery would be with me in 40mins and it arrived on time. Dominic and Aaron were very efficient bringing in the furniture and putting it all together. Then they made sure the electronic recliners were working . Great service

Dominic and Aaron were very professional and friendly. They arrived exactly on time and did a great job assembling our sofa. Although there was a slight issue with the sofa due to DFS not sending the correct parts, they still assembled the rest of the correct parts efficiently. Would definitely recommend their services.
