All in all it was a good experience.

They transfer you around a few times and the first couple of girls sound like robots as they rush through their questions. By the time I was transferred to the agent, I was a little skeptical of the Internet company. I must say that I am happy I didn't hang up because Caitlyn is great. She was very friendly and polite. I felt like she was a real person on the other end ( which isn't something that happens lately). I can't say enough about how grateful I am for all her help.

I would have preferred to receive some actual quotes even if they are rather generic) rather than simply a list of insurers to try followed by a bombardment of phone calls and e-mails. Actual quotes would have allowed me to do some comparison and choose one or two I would like further information from. The way it is set up right now is basically the same as simply 'Googling' insurance companies with the added hassle of the aforementioned 'bombardment'

My current homeowners insurance had raised my rates substantially during the past 2 years and I wanted to see if I could get a better rate. Raymond Duncan was nice and knowledgeable in the insurance industry. My only request is next time The customer should have the option to chose which QUOTES or Insurance company they prefer. ASI was chosen for me which makes me wonder if your company got a bigger kick back after Raymond & hung up the phone Farmers insurance quoted me $997.60 yr & the Dwelling coverage was $229,000, Your company quoted me $1223. yr Dwelling $216,000 with ASI. Raymond Duncan's manager in the background was also a distraction in our conversation I could hear her voice most of the time.

I worked with Dustin Miller at homeinsurance.com. He was very friendly and was able to lower my monthly home insurance payments by roughly $75 and my car insurance by $30. The process did take almost 2 hours on the phone but the savings will be worth it. Dustin answered any questions I had during the process regardless of how basic they might have been. I would recommend this company, and specifically Mr. Miller, to family and friends.
