Disappointed as they state 2 which turns out is the size not 2 little birds as I thought. So with postage over £5, 1 little very fragile bird costs nearly £12

Customer service was second to none as unfortunately I had to return items with no quibbles whatsoever.

It's so lovely to receive such personal service from Hannah, the owner of this small home business.
The products I've bought so far have all been of the highest quality and excellent value for money.
Yes, you can buy similar products elsewhere but you're unlikely to receive such a warm and genuine response, excellent communication and attention to detail. I thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend this lovely company.

Customer service awful !
Placed order chased up 6 days later not been dispatched yet, sent chat saying I’m chasing up ? Checked next day another chat sent as not posted & asked to cancel my order & get a refund! Got reply saying been ill & will get helpers to sort so why they hadn’t sent order or helped all week sounds abit crazy !!

Thank you for your feedback Corrina. Yes, it absolutely is a bit crazy. I have had major surgery and was in hospital for a number of days as I was unwell after. For the first week of my recovery, my 'helpers' (my family) have been helping me to get my children to school and manage with being unable to walk. As a small business I have no staff, and my family, who will be helping me during my recovery, were focused on my health during those first few days.
As I mentioned in our conversation, I did reply to your messages, I don't know why they weren't received. Your order was cancelled on the day in which we had the conversation, if the funds have no been received yet, I apologise, but I cannot control the banks' processing times.
I apologise that you didn't receive the level of service I am usually able to give.
