From the gentleman handing out leaflets in my local store to the fitters who installed the windows this company has been excellent to deal with. Their communication is first class, appointments kept, follow up phone calls keeping me up to date with progress and the installers fitting seven windows quickly with no mess.
I can highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Homestyling UK for new windows etc. The service is brilliant. We ordered our new windows and they were fitted within 2 weeks. It only took 2 days with everything cleared away when they had finished. We are now having our conservatory renovated to our specification. Everything has been measured and a date has been given for the work to begin. Again in a very short waiting time. Excellent service and a great team to be working with.

No issue with the windows themselves and the guys who fitted them did a great job. Pleased with the windows which were fitted in September 2024.

However, they turned up on the wrong date to do the install and then missed off some of the child lock window restrictors that I had requested. It's taken 9 months of me going back and forth to get these fitted. If I hadnt chased they wouldnt have been done. Very frustrating for such a simple thing to take so long and complete the job.

This company are 10 out of 10 ,quick and efficient, all good quality windows and doors. Everything was completed within two days, the lads who came could not of been more efficient, they covered everything and kept everything clean and made sure everything was spotless before they left. I was really happy with the finished product and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for windows or door's. Thanks for everything Donna

I had seen this company in Morrison's several times even spoken to Carl on the off occassion, in this instance when I spoke with him he quickly arranged a visit for me without any obligation.
On the appointment day a gentleman named Trevor arrived and following a brief discussion of was agreed I wasn't ready to proceed at that time, a follow up call was agreed for a few months down the line.
During this time I received no pressure calls in fact it got to the point were I was trying to remember who they were so I could get in touch. Fortunately at around this time I did get a call back and a further appointment was agreed. Again on the due date Trevor arrived and we discussed what was wanted went through the options and eventually settled on a price, no messing about straight to price. This agreed arrangements made for surveyor to visit. Again on the date he arrived a gentleman called Martin very thorough pointed out the odd problems that cropped up and explained why it was problem and offered solutions. When everybody was happy away he went.
Very quickly I got a call saying ready to be fitted and time arranged. At the due time Martin, Josh and I think Ian arrived to get started along with the scaffolds whose names I can't recall. Three days later job finished. Martin went round with me on a inspection to make sure I was happy.
During the installation the said gentleman remained hard working friendly and professional and are a credit to the company.
My wife and I are more than satisfied with the work and have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

We were very pleased with everyone from the sales rep. to the surveyor and fitters. Everything was done in a pleasant and professional manner. Windows and door looks lovely.

Can’t recommend higher from the professional quote by Steve ( none of this um 4k list but I can do it for 2.5k, then I have check with the office and then comes back with 2k if I sign now and leave a deposit) to the quality craftsmanship of Martin the surveyor/ fitter. If the rest of the team are only half as good you won’t be disappointed.

I was given their leaflet at Morrisons to call THEM for a quote. I got a call from them rather than waiting for me to call! I understand sales but I felt they were really pushy! I did make an appointment, however, but then I received a phone call saying the salesman had to go to “the doctor” & couldn’t make that time - can he do earlier or later. I didn’t believe him. So decided to cancel as I was busy on that day too & had rearranged my day to fit him in! I got bombarded with phone calls and eventually received a text message saying I needed to go to the doctors myself! Just because he didn’t get a sale he decided to be rude. Stay away from this company. Not nice at all. May even report him to the Ombudsman.

Excellent service from start to finish.
I urgently needed new doors and what I appreciated the most was a no pressure sale, I got to pick exactly what I wanted from the design of the doors to the colours.
The team was very clean and tidy and priced reasonable. I will be using Homestyling again for future work.
