I was referred to Home Work Solutions by a family tax accountant when I took over bill paying and managing my aging parent's affairs. HWS has been so incredibly helpful to me. I am grateful for the support and knowledge they have provided me regarding payroll for round the clock caregivers. This has been an overwhelming job for me and HWS has guided me through the payroll process every step of the way which has truly made it possible for my mother to remain at home. They are always there to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend their services. I give them a five star rating!

The HomeWork Solutions team is great. Its members are informed, responsive and a delight to deal with. We have used HWS for many years to handle our domestic payroll issues. Once we signed up, we didn’t have to worry about any aspect of our employees’ payroll or taxes.

HomeWork Solutions manages all our payments, taxes, and paperwork - everything is so smooth and simple. They have never made an error. And their customer service is superb - friendly, responsive, clear, helpful, and kind.

This service makes life so easy. We hired a nanny and they handled all of our payroll service and dealings with the state and federal government. All I had to do was report our hours each week and then the pay was directly withdrawn and drafted into my employee’s account. This service is perfect for anyone who has employees who work in and around the home.

Terrible customer service

The beauty of HomeWork Solutions is that they are virtually invisible onceeverything is established. Invoices come and go with regularity, but otherwise, they are not a constant nagging appearance in your inbox. When tax time comesaround, they are ahead of you with necessary documents.
You CAN get more involved. They send quarterly reports and ask for feedback. We have been blessed to have rather quickly found quality.compatible caregivers for our situation through CARELINX and have had little to say. But opportunities exist to be more involved. The beauty is YOU DON'T HAVE TO.
So...We like the service. It took us a while to get everything setup and our first tax year we were confused, but now that we have been with it a couple years. We are very happy.

In my opinion you are doing a great job. How difficult is for seniors to take care of their own personal matters and on top of that write payroll checks and make the require reports. Thank you very much. About the coronavirus, we stay at home all the time.

Homework Solutions has handled my tax needs for our nanny since 2016. They have done a great job and have always been very responsive to any questions I may have. I would highly recommend Homework Solutions!

I don't like the interface. Important documents are lost in the clutter. It is hard to reach out to service reps. Basically I'm not a fan of the system but I don't have time to find an alternative.

Homework Solutions has a great team. Always available to respond and guide on the phone as well as via email.
