It just works. They pay my nanny, handle the taxes, and respond promptly whenever I have a question. Every time I think about this service (which is not often because it just hums along in the background, not needing my attention routinely) I feel happy to be using it. Well worth it!

The year end process was very confusing as we received a number of updated information that should have been final when we received the notice to pull our information. The direction provided for what forms to pull and their location was not straightforward and left room for us to misinterpret what we needed to complete and retrieve.

HWS has been expertly handling our nanny payroll matters for over a year. The personnel are responsive and flexible and make it as easy as possible. Absolutely reliable and we will continue to use their services!

Not a great service.
1. Sometimes they pay the government late.
2. They are not that helpful at tax time (just provide forms, no instructions or TurboTax integration or anything)
3. They raise their prices and don't make it easy to see how much money you are paying them and how much money goes to the government.
4. If you ask to leave, they remind you that they might close down your business since they have all your numbers. So, you are kind of stuck with them until you no longer have an employee and don't care what they do to your setup.

Worse customer service and business experience ever. Would not recommend. Made a difficult time even worse by the vast amounts of mistakes and errors with continued poor service after a year of use.

I have no problems with this service or their web site.

I was happy and pleased to work with the staff, especially Luz Rodriguez. She helped me keep track of payroll dates and assisted me several times to resolve some issues.

That being said, I did have problems between payroll due dates and dates needed by Homework Solutions to submit to the bank. That info was not presented clearly. The payroll dates on the calendar were too small for seniors and disabled people to read. I mentioned this several times, nothing was corrected. The Support at Home staff finally corrected this for clients. Additionally, I did not KNOW the option of sending hours by e-mail, or getting e-mail reminders until I asked about it. This option should be stated in the introduction, as phones lines are often busy when reporting hours. Given the inherent difficulty of the elderly and disabled, it is imperative that you listen to feedback so you can better serve the needs of this community.Thank you for asking for this feedback.
