This company has been taking 29 dollars out of my account for a while! I have no freaking clue who this company is! I don’t know how to recoup my money, so I can at least warn others to not wait before reporting this company if it shows up on your records. Beware

Fraudsters. Cheap junk products. Then they rip you off monthly. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I never ordered from them. First it was honey and pine. Now it is syrup and essence. No phone number or contact information. Im contact my credit card. They've hit me 4 times.

I don't know what this company is about I never ordered anything from them and they charge my account $29.99 and I want that money put back today I don't know II never ordered I don't know who you are and you don't have no right to take out that money from my account so please put it back

Just like many other people, this company is stealing people's credit card information and trying to charge the exact same amount everyone. $29.99.
I think we all need to report them to the FBI for doing fraud.

I'm also being charged $29.99 for several months with receiving no products or services from this company. I don't rem ever doing a purchase from this company.
I'm having trouble to cancel & get a refund.
Has anyone been able to get a refund? Or collect information?

This is the worst product ever......they made my vision worse......then tried with contacts and everything was still blurry......bought 5 pair and only received 1. THIS IS THE SHITTIEST SERVICE AND PRODUCT EVER

TOTAL SCAM Unauthorized charge for $29.99. Purchased merchandise early in October 2025 from Syrup and SAP.com. Phone # listed as changed or disconnected. 10/21/2025 unauthorized charge of $29.99 from Honey and Pine. Update: Able to contact company at 845-366-1107 on 10/22/2025. Company agreed to remove $29.99 fee & follow up with email confirmation. Still waiting on email. 11/5/2025 update. Did not get promised email BUT did get full refund.

Monthly $29.99 charge since January. Nothing delivered. Changes name to disguise what they are doing. Have used honeyandpine, willowandpines, essenceandhoney, thehivehoney, syrupandsap. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

I ordered 1 item 6 months ago. Since that purchase, they have continued charging my card for several different amounts without my knowledge. They are flagged now, and my bank account is flagged re this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!

They are a scam. I bought 2 pair and they sent 2 pair of dime store reading glasses. They charged me $48.97 for 2 pair. They also tried to charge for something else that I didn't order

You don't notice it because the "membership fee" which was not obvious when you buy a product gets charged to the credit card you originally use. And they don't refund. What a way to trick customers. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order for makeup in April and my card has been charged 29.99 every month since! That is 150.00 stolen from me! I changed debit cards and somehow, they continued charging on my New card! I want it stopped and A Refund for the money they stole from me! And the makeup was No Good!

Don't EVER use the company! It is dishonest, never ships, writes its still coming, it never comes. Then monthly they keep charging you credit card. Since April I have had this issue! You can not call this company. I spoke with my credit card company filled a dispute. This company attaches reoccurring Bot charges to your account, so they can keep charging your account. The credit card companies have to manually erase each one, as they had erased 60 a new one came in. I hope this drama is over now. BEWARE

Very unhappy with company. Cannot remember what I bought but have had a charge every month since in my credit card. Cannot call company through the phone number to cancel the subscription. Have contacted my credit card company and they are investigating too. The $29.99 has been charged since January.
