Hello, love the product!
Hello,
I purchased the elephant pillow as a baby shower gift. The mother was excited to receive the gift to compliment her baby’s room decor. As a matter of fact, she had seen the product on her Internet feed, but hadn’t purchased it. She was very appreciative. I am sure the she and her baby will enjoy the elephant as a source of comfort and joy.

Hello Donna,
I'm sincerely sorry for the discomfort 😔
Actually, our shipping team always deliver the parcel at the door or on the porch, but it is a mistake from the local logistic team that they didn't deliver your parcel properly but as a goodwill gesture and to compensate for the inconvenience I would like to provide you a 15% discount for your next purchase.
Here's your discount code: "FORDONNA"
Hope you will understand and help us with this!
