I was worried when I couldn't get the tracking to work but I got exactly what I paid for! It even had a card verifying that the stone was real which was pretty cool. As an Aventurine fan this was worth the wait!

I appreciated the discount given on the website and security of the insurance, the only problem I encountered was while tracking my package I wasn’t able to see updates after it went abroad. I did get the package at the end of the day though.

Super easy to talk to support, also very strong on communication and keeping me updated on things which is super helpful and appreciated. Willing to come to a mutual understanding before taking action. I had an item sent to me that wasn't what I had ordered, and they immediately resent the item out to me. The item I had received I sent back to them, as it wasn't damaged or opened in any way, and they covered the shipping cost to get it back to them. Super friendly and very comforting support team. Not thay I hope something comes up where I need to ask for help again, but I know that if I do, I will be taken care of.

No issues, fast delivery. Even when they were having some issues with their site domain it had no effect on the deliveries smoothness.

I bought a DL 20 cm plushie and a Caelus puppet the the the DL came first it was amazing the only thing I didn't like about was that after a while the hair got tangled and frizzy but that was probably me and I enjoy the plushie. The Caelus puppet came a few weeks later and it was amazing at first but month later a part of his jacket broke I fixed it but I'm still a bit disappointed that it broke but other than that everything was amazing!

My experience with this store was amazing, they mailed me about inconveniences with a Figure, and they promptly helped me finding a solution; furthermore, when I received my Figure, it was well packed, and everything was great!

Gonna give a 5, but it's a very close 5. Stuff arrived completely fine! But I found it odd that they don't send an E-Mail when stuff is shipped. So keep an eye on your order page where the Tracking code will be!

The third parcel was somehow delivered with a carrier I had never heard of that almost caused some issues due to their lack of dropoff points. Not directly their problem, but it was a bit inconvenient.

However the products itself are as advertised and CS reacts perfectly fine. And I'll definitely purchase stuff again from them in the future! Very good and easy spot for HSR merch.

I'm happy to say that my stuff arrived in perfect condition, and I am very pleased with it all! It arrived fairly quickly after shipping and it was well packaged, and the items are exactly as pictured. I can't add images but rest assured, the Aventurine plushies are just as adorable as they look!
