I've ordered from HonsVR three times now, for my Quest 3, RayNeo glasses, and now my Pimax Crystal Super. I've always been pleased with the quality and delivery speed. The one time I had a problem, support sorted it out within a couple hours of me emailing.

While shopping around locally trying to add a prescription lenses for the Air Pro's Glasses that I own at an affordable price and could not obtain any, I decided to shop online and that is where I stumbled into HONSVR. I was hesitant, at first, on buying those inserts online as the price was may modest (cheap). So, therefore I took a leap of faith and said what the heck, they do not have a bad price. The order process was very simple and within hours of submitting my order HONSVR contacted me via email verifying the prescription. After verifying the order, I received the lenses in less than a week. Two days later, I installed them and felled in loved with what I seen. The prescription was perfect. The process of installing was very simple and the material which they are made from is very sturdy for being so thin. To finalize, it was a great stumble for me; from the ordering process, customer service and the quality of materials was 10 out of 10.

I got an insert for the XReal 1s from them and they are perfect. I prescription includes a prism so it did take longer to make, but they where very quick and understanding when responding to my questions both before and after placing my order.

Great company they made my prescription glasses fast. Then shipped it out in a day I bought from them 3 times. All 3 times had a great experience. They respond on emails fast so don’t hesitate to email them if you have concerns.

They have provided me with superb customer service and was very patient working with me through the whole process of getting me the correct lenses after multiple failed ones which was on my end. I highly recommend this service. The lenses came through with good quality and fast shipping. 5/5

I had a very good service, far beyond what i expected. I made an error filling my order and they immediately accept to send new lenses for 20 buck even if i told them that i was ready to pay the full price because it was my fault. This is what i call good service. Bravo

Honestly respect for making VR accessible. As a developer myself accessibility is a niche time consuming field we support but honestly it's worth it.

Appears the wrong model lenses were ordered and was sent psvr model lenses. Didnt fit my psrv2. Contacted honsv and came to agreement for replacement.

What a great experience shopping with HonVR. Being in Australia and having to import the xreal glasses though Aliexpress, HonsVr was recommended for their international freight options. Not only was it easy and clear how to order, they arrived before my glasses did. I then had an issue which was my error, yet HonVR came to the rescue by fixing it for be quickly. Best company o have ever shopped with. Please keep being Brilliant! Shout out to Eric who handed my issues we kindness and professionalism.

Wow. I’m an old gamer, so my vision is in the bifocal stage. Just uploaded my new perception to this company after reading so many positive reviews. I think it was on a Saturday, lenses were completed and shipped out by Sunday, received them a few days later into Canada. They were for PSVR2 by the way. Packaging was truly amazing, a very nice touch. I have to say before I snapped them on to my headset I had a look through them and thought “oh no” (blurry af) but as soon as I installed them into the headset I was blown away by the perfect clarity. I always hated wearing glasses in a vr headset for fear of scratching the vr lenses. Now I have perfect vision and a much wider FOV.

I have a PSVR2, hyperopia and a very small PD (52.5). After doing thorough research I decided to buy a pair of insert lenses from HONSVR due to their customer support. My order arrived and everything was nice and crisp. Unfortunately, the left edge of my left lense was generating a blurry image, as if a trail of that side of the image was being projected to the outward left. I contacted HONSVR through their contact form and explained to them my problem, they replied within minutes, asked for a picture of my prescription and told me they were sending me a new pair of inserts free of charge. They checked with their optometrist and they said that the new inserts were going to be made taking into account the minimum PD value of the PSVR2 to see if that helped with the problem.

The new lenses arrived with the corrections they made but my left edge image from my left eye insert was still blurry. I contacted Eric once again, the super kind and cool guy from HONSVR that had been helping me, and he told me he was thankful for the feedback and that he was also sorry to read that my issue was persisting and that he was issuing a refund! Where have you seen this level of service guys?! A second pair of lenses to help me and then a refund?! These guys are on a whole different league!

I edited this review because at first I had trouble getting one of the lenses in . They reached out to me immediately and got them in. The lenses are great and the price was amazing.

I was skeptical about ordering from here but it’s legit. I ordered lenses for my meta raybans and my prescription is -4.75. The price was the best out there and they didn’t charge extra fees for thinner lenses. I live in California and my lenses came within a week. The have a video on how to pop the lenses in and out which helped me a ton. I definitely recommend ordering from this site over other competitors and I’ll likely make another purchase in the future instead of ordering through a chain eye supplier.

these lenses are awesome, as someone who is almost legally blind virtual reality actually feels like a reality now!! my first order got lost with USPS and i reached out and honsvr sent out another pair 2 days later for free :)

They lie about shipping. It arrives much later than listed.

After having used XR glasses for more than a year, I finally decided to take the plunge to get prescription lenses. I have always avoided them because my prescription is very weak.

Shipping from China to Germany has been unexpectedly fast (8 days) and to top it off, the prescription fit my glases perfectly too.

I would only subtract half a star at maximum because I can't close the glasses properly without removing the inserts but I do think this is a glasses design issue.
