I ordered a bracelet for my son
I ordered a bracelet for my son. There were no updates on despatch, and it eventually came after about 2 weeks. The bracelet ordered was teenage size, however it was very big. The quality seems ok, but it hasn't been worn, so not put to the test.
I sent several emails to Hope Rings, but there was no reply.
I will try to sell the bracelet as it is no good to us.
Bad Experience - Company is Fraudulent!
I placed an order the first of December for 9 rings as xmas gifts. As of today (Jan. 13) I have not received my order. When I emailed the company on Dec.18, I did get a reply saying the order was processed and left their facility, but they couldn't control the shipper. I have no rings, no further response, and a lot of frustration at being ripped off. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Long delivery and not great answering emails…
So reading all these shocking reviews i thought i'd write about my experience.
Ordered around the begining of December said 3/5 days shipping. Did'nt recieve, emailed company multiple times in the space of 2 weeks... i got generated or blank emails in response mostly but every few days was getting a reply and update. My Aunty uses this company a lot and has had no issues on the products, she only said that delivery takes weeks. So i waited but still sending emails.
My ring arrived 2 days before xmas. Did'nt wear it till around 5 days ago when i added some of my mums ashes to the ring. Less than 24 hours later on the inside of my finger it had started turning my finger black. This is the part where i had to stretch the ring to adjust to the size of my finger. You could see where the metal was rough and different to the rest of the ring.
I emailed to inform them of my disapointment and got a reply within 24 hours. They asked for photos which i sent and they responded again quickly offering me another ring. I am now waiting for the new ring.
I thought this was lovely and resolved. I was actually saying how lovely they were.
Do agree on the long delivery and hardwork with the emails.
But now after reading all these reviews i'm not holding out much hope of recieving the replacement ring.
Don't Expect Fast Delivery
I ordered a piece from Hope Rings because I was drawn to the meaning behind the product and what the company claims to stand for. The idea of a sentimental item meant to represent hope and connection is what sold me.
The item itself is good quality and looks as advertised. I have no real issue with the product.
However, the delivery experience was very disappointing. Despite ordering with plenty of time before Christmas, the item arrived after the holiday. For a company that sells items intended for meaningful moments and special occasions, this is simply not acceptable.
When I contacted customer service, I received an email explaining the delay was due to “unexpected seasonal demand.” Considering it was Christmas, this explanation is hard to take seriously. High demand during the busiest gift-giving season of the year should be expected and planned for, not used as an excuse after the fact.
What made this worse is that timing is not a small detail with products like this. These items are purchased for specific emotional reasons, often tied to important dates. Arriving late completely undermines the purpose.
While the product itself is fine, the lack of reliable delivery and the dismissive explanation mean I would not recommend Hope Rings. A company built around sentiment and meaning should place far more importance on trust, communication, and meeting promised timelines.
Happy with product - HORRIBLE customer service
My wife is very happy with the rings, BUT, I will NEVER buy from this company again. There website says 24/7 chat. That's a joke. They take 3-5 days to respond to an email. They often just send back an automatic reply that is YOUR email with no information from them. I was extremely disappointed with their service. I'm glad my wife is happy, but I still don't see the hassle AND time it took. 3-5 days delivery became 3 weeks. Not good business.

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought from the company. I purchased 2 rings, one for my daughter and one for me after the sudden death of my mum. I didn’t open immediately when they arrived as needed some courage. Opened today (3weeks after) and the rings are all black and tarnished in the boxes. To say I’m disappointed and truly upset is an understatement. Do not buy from this company.

I wish i had of read reviews before I made payment. The company didn’t respond to my first two emails and on the third when I complained that the delivery time had gone past what was acceptable and now not in time for Christmas they replied saying when it arrives just don’t accept it and it will be retuned to them . I told them I was taking it further with the bank . This is 3 weeks now . I hope the bank reads the previous reviews and see they are a scam .

Finally they contacted me to say been delivered. Not to me it wasn't.
I asked for a point of delivery photogra. They said there wasn't anything.
I believe there was no such order placed. Do not go anywhere near these charlatans.

I placed an order for five rings. They charged me $191.88. I only received two rings. I tried to call they don’t answer and the text says a message that I don’t understand it won’t go through now I’m out my rings for my granddaughters. I want the company to pick up. The two rings that were sent in credit made the bill I had to call the bank and tell them there was an issue with it. They do not answer their phone. It’s getting too close for Christmas and I am disgusted.
