I ordered march 29 and today is May 29, I still have not received, I can not call or talk to anyone, poor contact information and website still states April 7th

I ordered two boxes of their pre-filled eggs in March they've been really shady and just kept telling me to be patient well I finally get my order 2 weeks ago it was half of what I ordered and it was damaged they promised me a refund and that was 2 weeks ago and they won't reply most horrible customer service in place to order from

I ordered over a month before Easter & they arrived over 3 weeks after Easter. I reached out for a refund as I ended up having to purchase additional eggs & they refuse to refund me. I will never purchase from them again.

What a horrible company. I was in contact with them for well over a month. I ordered pre-filled Easter eggs and they never came. I contacted them many times in April. They are now stating on Shop that they were delivered to me March 7. Which is a complete lie. That’s the date that I ordered them. This company is a scam.

If zero stars was an option, they would get it!! This is a gimmick, I ordered $79 in prefilled eggs over a month before Easter and I never received anything!!!! I originally postponed our party for one week and gave up the next weekend and had a no Easter egg hunt for our 14 grandkids. I have reached out to this company multiple times with zero reply. I just lost my money!! Stay away, do not give this joke of a company any of your time or money!!!

Scam of a company. If I remember right it advertised they were in USA. Ordered my eggs March 8th and now it is April 21st and no package. Shows in transit at same spot for a month. Sent 4 emails and no response. No phone number to call.

I ordered over 4 weeks before Easter and my product came 5 days after Easter. I have made 3 refund requests with no response. The refund policy is a refund will be given within 24-48 hours of request. Do NOT waste your time. Toys did not reflect the advertising.

Horrible experience. Product never shipped. Had to dispute with bank for credit back.

Ordered buy 2 get 2 free boxes of the prefilled eggs. More than a month before easter but did receive them until the 9th of April and only received one box . So my order was missing 3 boxes. I've sent emails and reached out with No Response!

I double-checked to be sure these would arrive BEFORE the scheduled egg hunt and was assured they would. They arrived 2days AFTER our egg hunt. I emailed their customer service, and they just said "sorry". I asked for a refund, but all I got was "sorry". I planned to order twice as much next year for 2 more egg hunts we host, but I will NEVER order from them again.

Do not purchase. Ordered over a month ago with plenty of time until Easter and never received my order. Reading the website there is an FDA disclaimer which makes no sense because this product has no food or drugs. Complete BS and fraudulent.

Well, Easter is over and still no eggs from Hoppi! This company is horrible. I’ve emailed them 4 times. No response. I have asked for a refund but still haven’t heard from them. Don’t purchase anything from Hoppi!!

Awful experience, advertised online as buy one get one free. Complete rubbish, got nothing free or extra. Completely over priced cheap things in eggs. Don’t know how this company can advertise on social media sites, complete fraud.

I ordered three sets of them have not received them nor got an update on them have emailed them a couple times no response nothing but a scam

SCAM. I Fell for this one, DONT YOU!!
Ordered the filled Easter eggs. Total cost £26, was happy to pay as contents looked good. BUT what I received was junk not what was advertised and not worth more than £5
I Sent two emails but no response so no customer service from Hoppi either

Delivery and tracking was nonexistant!!
Junk I wish I had known about trust pilot sooner I would have ordered through Amazon!! Do not fall for this SCAM

Absolute rubbish . Cannot believe I fell for this and paid £38 for a box of rubbish . Hopefully others won’t

The prefilled Easter eggs were absolute junk. Customer service was horrible. DO NOT ORDER from this scam company!
