I always knew there was so much more that I could be doing to build my Amazon channel. I had a few products listed and they were selling well. The people are wonderful to work with. Very organized, prompt, good quality, and make you feel comfortable. They did a fantastic job making my Amazon page look far more professional and appealing. The only reason I am leaving 4 instead of 5 stars is because ultimately, we did not reach our sales or profit goals after 9 months of working together. But, this may have been my product, not Horizon's work. I really think they did everything right on their end and do recommend them. They also handled so many Amazon issues that would have taken me countless hours to figure out. Huge benefit there.
