My experience with Horizon book publishers was quite positive overall. their team stayed in touch during the process and guided me throughout the publishing steps in a professional way. communication could sometimes be a bit slow, but they were helpful whenever I had questions. the final work looked good and showed their effort. if they improve response times, the experience can become even better. overall, a decent and reliable service for authors.
