We love the well made products and quick service we have enjoyed for over 40 years. The products always match their pictures along with screws etc, that comes with them. For years Mary has shipped our items and now Amy packed our last order very well. We have been happy customer.

I ordered some knobs from Horton Brasses for a new cabinet I'm having made. The knobs came quickly, and they were exactly as pictured online. After I got them, my cabinet guy told me that I ordered the wrong screws, so I called Horton and the customer service lady was very helpful. She shipped me the correct screws and they came pronto. I would definitely order from this company again.

We didn't discover a lock was faulty until the cabinetmaker completed the piece and delivered it, but that was no problem for Horton, they replaced it immediately!
