Purchased 120capsules bottles 2x
I used capsules for few months and got good results from it , got better results taking after dinner.
but after a while(my system was mostly purged) , the recommended dose of 2 capsules was too much and was upsetting my stomach and got down to 1.
I was about to finish my capsules bottle and was not available to buy again (out of stock)
I thought I was gonna try the powder version
BIG MISTAKE , ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
First, just the horrible odor made me gag hard , still pinched my nose and drank it, SO DISGUTING I VOMITTED
DO NOT BUY POWDER VERSIONS
If you buy choose the capsules version

I contacted them to get credit to replace it with capsules version but been ignored
Refuse to honor any of their return/refund policies
they selectively dont answer emails either when its about return/refund requests
(*they answered another about potential purchase)
So will no buy again and dont recommend Host Defense

I took the lions mane pills for a month and I realized it helped me form better sentences. I have been able to select more appropriate word as I speak. I can’t say I noticed a balanced mood. I don’t know what nervous system health means. I haven’t really been sick in about 3 months but I don’t think it’s long enough to attribute it to the pills.
