I've been using their service for 6 months. It's good, but if you don't open RDP regularly they close it and you need to ask them to reopen it.
The customer service is very rude and very bad. Even i used it for a long time, i don't recommend them. around 20+ people are using the shared server, and you will face many time lagging.

When you complain to the customer service, they come back to you with very rude reply. Most of times blaming you!

Find a better service with better customer service.
Unfortunately, i cannot post some screenshots of their bad communication.

Used this company for servers many times over the past few years. Never had a single issues and support requests are answered rapidly.

Servers are always as described with no issues.

one of the worst support team im here since 2018 and am leaving rn, team support are not like they used to be before the most important thing here isn't customer satisfaction its ur money before anything else.

Don't even think to purchase from this site if your looking for professional uses

They installing old version of windows it doesn't support most of the professional applications.

After installation of tools .
We get .net error to launch
.net need latest version.
So again need to update os
And need to install all tools again

Dumb service
Just purchased day ago worth 80$ server .
No sense to support team how they thing old version can work on this servers.

Better my normal pc was great enough then this servers

They help me in installing all the softwares and they done it quickly. Thank you.

I have been using Host Dzire for several years! I have the Intel Xeon Dedicated Server. They have always been so helpful and very quick to respond. They are truly second to none and that's why I stick with them year after year!

I have been using this company server for very long and i did not change for a while. I am very happy with the service and support, and also server is fast, team is very responsive in case of a problem. For a long while have not experienced any hard disk problems, other hardware crash in server and days of delays like my ex server company used to wait me for days. I definitely recommend hostdzire.

In my opinion. HostDZire is the best server service, in terms of price it is very affordable, for server services there is no doubt, the team's response to clients is very responsive.

Terrible support. Arrogant staff. They use profanities against clients. Their services are bad. The 5 star reviews are made by their Indian friends.
