I recently had the worst experience…
I recently had the worst experience with Hoster.pk's web hosting and domain registration services. Their staff is completely unfamiliar with WHMCS and has no idea how to retrieve information. Due to a lack of past transaction records, they dropped my domain even after I paid the invoice.
My other domain was dropped by them before, forcing me to pay the redemption fee. However, they added a redemption fee to my credit a few days later. Despite this, they currently lack a record of this transaction and are blaming me for not having any. Is this their level of support?
I lost my domain due to their unprofessional and incompetent behavior. Their support staff is clueless and constantly makes excuses. I have all the records, paid invoices, and screenshots to prove my claims. I would never recommend anyone waste their money on this terrible service.
