- Musím tento bod opravdu ocenit, protože je zde opravdu perfekní a rychlá podpora. Jsem nadmíru spokojen a zatím jsem žádný problém nezaregistroval.
Výkon & Stabilita
- Výkon serverů je naprosto skvělý a jsem spokojen.
Co se týče komunikace s majitele, tak taky žádný problém.

Dobrý den,
aktuálně máte nejnižší tarif, který je u nás vedený hlavně jako vývojářský plán na testování. Je určený přibližně pro maximálně 1 hráče a není dělaný pro stabilní hraní s přáteli.
Proto vám to může lagovat a CPU může jít na 100 % i víc, protože tento plán nemá dostatečný výkon ani rezervu. Pro normální hraní ve více lidech je potřeba vyšší tarif, který má výrazně lepší výkon a stabilnější běh serveru.

The hosting UpTime is shit
I really like the support but if is something i dont really like its the hosting uptime. The servers ur down really often and if you are building your project and in the middle of it the you cant test it bcs the hosting is again down is a bad feeling

We’re really sorry about this experience, and you’re absolutely right to point it out.
During one particular week we were experiencing frequent DDoS attacks targeting both us and our infrastructure. Because of that, some of our web services and hosting nodes were temporarily unavailable several times a day, usually for around 10 minutes at a time.
The good news is that the game servers themselves remained stable and protected during the attacks, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when you’re actively working on a project and suddenly can’t access your hosting or test things properly.
To make up for the inconvenience, we compensated affected customers with free account credits. We’ve also since improved our protection and monitoring to reduce the chances of this happening again.
We truly appreciate your feedback and your support.
