Hostify is a great CMS that we are now using for more than a year! We appreciate the product interface, which is simple and practical, and especially the customer support which is terrific. We constantly have clear and detailed answer and the product is evolving as we are sharing feedbacks. Lastly, the price/quality ratio might be one of the best on the market. We definitely recommend for any property owner managing multi-units!

This is the first time we have used a PMS to manage our properties, and our experience with Hostify has been very positive. From the beginning, the attention and support have been excellent. The support team has always been available to answer our questions and help us properly configure the platform.

We are based in Mexico and have been gradually taking advantage of more features as we become more familiar with the system. As we continue learning and implementing it, we can clearly see its potential to professionalize and optimize our operations.

As constructive feedback, we would suggest making the interface more user-friendly and more visually intuitive, especially for users who are just getting started. However, overall, everything has worked very well so far and we are satisfied with the service.

I have never known a more patient person in my life as my representative with Hostify! Knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and availability are above and beyond my expectations!

Kiedra is amazing. My property just opened their units and threw me to the wolves to get it up and running. Kiedra is a life saver. She is always there to answer my calls, e-mails and texts. She is always fitting me into her schedule at the last minute for conference calls. I rely on her for just about everything. I hope management knows how valuable she is and treats her right. Thank you for everything that you do. You truly are an amazing employee and person.

Kiedra did my demo. She was fantastic. Not only did she know the product, she was able to share with me all the ins and outs. This is my first time using STR software and I felt so comfortable being transparent with my lack of knowledge. She followed up with grace and I would love to work with her again.

Great customer service, always helping on any need u could have or question. The platform is really intuitive and practical, it really makes managing easier.

I asked for my account to be deleted 2 weeks ago. They didn't delete it and today I was charged for the next month.

I have been with them for 2 years, the app is always buggy and nothing works as it needs to work.

Automations are nice but they are also not working full.
Example: They have a "Trigger this automation even if it is after XX hours" , it doesn't work and many times I had to contact the clients because the automation isnt triggered.
Things you learn the hard way and while loosing revenue.

I also have had double bookings once or twice because of their problems and they always shift blame to b.com.

Customer service is always there, but it doesn't fix anything.

Todo súper claro y nos ayudaron hasta el final, incluso cuando la conexión con Booking fue un poco lenta a causa de Booking, se tomaron el tiempo necesario. Diogo, un capo, súper claro con sus explicaciones y atención.

Hostify is a great all-in-one PMS with integrations to some of the top partners in the vacation rental market. However, in my experience, its greatest value lies in the responsiveness of the support team, its adaptability, and the endless possibilities for personalized solutions that it offers.

Te onboarding was really smooth and fast, we went through the ota connections quick, the service provided was profesional.
