We have been partnering with this company VALVPS LLC valvps.com, I was leasing IP addresses for them. They have received the service, but in the end, they ruined our IP reputation by using them for illegal purposes like SPAM and caused blacklisting in spamhaus. After this, they requested a refund via Paypal (not for last month, but for a whole period even the service was provided for them) and Paypal refunded their money easily. Email conversations, routing history, all the proofs were not enough for PayPal. So avoid these SCAMMERS and SCAM company if you want your data to be safe or not get scammed, because these guys can ruin your reputation and they don't even care about theirs.

After providing leased subnets to these guys for 2 months, they decided to open a PayPal case claiming that they never received the items, and they no longer responded to our messages. This is not the first time they did not respond, as they did not respond after we closed the deal either, and only contacted us back when they wanted to renew for the second month. We had to call PayPal numerous times to explain the situation. Awful communication when something wrong from their side happens, and a very bad experience so far.
