At the time, we were in the process of upgrading our backup infrastructure to address issues affecting certain accounts. Regrettably, the timing of the incident coincided with this transition.
Please rest assured that all servers are now operating under the new backup system. We are continuing to work closely with JetBackup to monitor and further strengthen our data protection measures, with additional enhancements already being rolled out.

The best I've found in 25 years
I love this company! Good prices, quality service, great and fast support, accomodating/responsive in satisfying the clients requests.
At the moment I've only used the Direct Admin shared hosting for reseller and I can say the service is very stable and fast (and better than other more expensive competitors).
The other companies I've used in the last 25 years have become rubbish after a while... so I hope they keep going this way forever because they are great!
I really can't mention any single negative point despite I'm quite picky. Anything I found that could be improved, I've asked and was indeed improved, so the system is now perfect for everyone.
Please, keep going this way!

A stress free changover to Host Media
It's always a stressful event when entrusting your sites to a completely different hosting company. However on this occasion I have to admit that moving to Host Media was a good choice for me.
Sign up process was really easy and I was able to start transferring my sites very quickly.
I did have a minor problem with my site visibility, but their support team sorted this out for me with lightning speed, in a friendly and professional manner. Kudos to them for that.
Would I recommend Host Media to others? They have really good hosting plans for those us us with more than one site and their service and support has been impeccable, so the answer to that is a resounding yes.!!

I have left a review about Hostmedia several years ago, but I do need to do it again. I have been with them for years with multiple domains and hostings and have seen them grow and improve their range of services.
Great hosting panels, easy to use, updates easy and when you click on services they all seem to work seamlessly. And the customer service is quick and spot on. Well done to the team there and thanks for making it easy to build a digital portfolio!

Very pleased with Host Media. I get no unsolicited emails from them, just timely reminders for renewals when they come around. The site is easy to use so my own admin time is reduced to the bare minimum. On the rare occasions that I have needed help their tech support has been outstanding.

Cheap and Ok customer service
I've been with HostMedia for many years now. In general they are reasonably priced and do make an effort on customer service whenever I've needed to contact them. I will say that their servers aren't the fastest, but then I'm only paying for a cheap service, so I guess you can't expect too much.
