Never waste your money on this fraud unprofessional hosting provider. My full working website files have been removed suddenly without any notice, and unfortunately I don't have a backup for that as well. What a disaster.
And, customer support? They never receive the call. Completely unprofessional hosting provider.

Yes, the downtime was there for 2-3 days. But as promising they restored the services. I had given a single star review when they stopped responding. But now iam rating 5 star atleast restoring after 2 days. They fallen from 5 star to 2.6 in just 2 days of non communication experience. There mistake was not replying in phones or WhatsApp. I hope they learn this time and follow up communication next time. I hope everyone rate them back to 5 star as services and data is restored.

hosting service very bad experience worst service 28th March 2026 10 PM server down today 29th March 2026 morning 11.30 Am nobody monitoring or bothering about clients everyone switched off their phones unable to reach anyone...neither server up nor able to reach owner or support staff.

I purchased hosting from this provider and had a terrible experience. Servers went down on 15 Feb 2026 at 10 PM and stayed offline until 29 March 2026 (morning 11:30 AM). No monitoring, no response—support phones were switched off, and I couldn't reach anyone, including the owner.
The server completely shut down today with zero communication. Avoid this provider at all costs; it feels like the owner took the money and vanished.
Do not order from here.

Extremely Unprofessional Service – 20+ Sites Down with No Support
I am writing this review with deep frustration regarding the hosting services provided by hostmyidea.in. For the last 2 days, more than 20 of my websites have been completely down, and the company has shown zero accountability.
Their support system is non-existent. I have tried reaching out through all possible channels:
Phone: No one answers the calls.
WhatsApp: No response or active support.
Email/Tickets: Completely ignored for over 48 hours.
Running a business with 20+ sites offline is a nightmare, and the lack of communication from their team is unacceptable. If you value your data, time, and business reputation, I highly recommend staying away from this provider. They are quick to take your money but nowhere to be found when their servers fail.

This is a very bad experience so far, very poor customer service, my recomandation is do not buy your money will waste and you will lose the customers. Normally with other hosting provider if there is an issue with hosting then they will have some backup plan ready and your website will run smoothly even if the hosting server is down. But here everything stooped. i texted to customer support they replied it will take 24 to 48 hours to fix but then no other response. Main issue is what should I say to my client ? My recomandation is go with hostinger or namecheap hosting. They are a bit costly but relaiable.

Server down without intimation to customers. no proper service support. don't attend my phone. only one service number available. he forward the number. no whatsapp chatting. only one person proprietor & technical person. he say 48 hrs to 72 hrs. worst experience. hostmyidea totally no idea.
Extremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience. My website, cPanel, and all services have been completely down for more than 15 hours. I was told the server was restricted due to a security issue, but after that there has been no proper update, no ETA, and no response.
This is unacceptable for any hosting provider. Customers are left without access to their own data, and there is no communication or transparency. Downtime like this can seriously affect businesses, and the lack of support makes it even worse.
If you care about uptime and data safety, think twice before using this hosting. Very unreliable service and extremely disappointing support.

Very worst service with behavior
Took reseller plan tried to reachout customer support since they don't have faq or any related videos or guide. When i raised question see how they behaved.

I have been using its hosting account for the last two months. So far I did not find any issues. The WordPress websites are running fast. Elementor is also loading faster than the other hosting providers. But my doubt is how they are providing such a faster hosting for very cheaper price.
