My experience with this hosting company has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging.

I contacted their WhatsApp support because I was having problems with my website and needed guidance about upgrading my hosting plan. Instead of properly helping me, the support representative was rude and unprofessional. I simply asked which plan I should upgrade to, but I was basically told to go to the dashboard and do it myself.

Then the payment problems started. I made a $5.16 payment using the QR payment option provided on their official website. I have the payment receipt as proof, but their system was still showing the payment as unpaid.

I also experienced serious problems with refunds. I have not received the full refund that I believe I am owed, and I have lost money because of these payment and refund issues.

But the most serious part of my experience is the damage to my website and online business.

Because of the hosting/service issues I experienced, my website business was severely affected. I lost important business opportunities, customers, time, and revenue. I estimate that the overall business impact and losses connected with these problems amount to thousands of dollars. This was not just a small technical inconvenience for me — my website was part of my business and income.

When your business depends on a website, hosting problems can have serious consequences. Instead of receiving urgent and professional assistance when I needed it, I experienced poor support, payment problems, refund issues, and significant disruption to my business.

I have kept payment receipts, transaction records, screenshots, and support conversations relating to my experience.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise anyone considering this company to be extremely careful. Keep complete backups of your website, save every payment receipt, take screenshots of transactions and invoices, and keep written records of all communication with support.

After the payment and refund problems, the poor support, and the impact on my website business, I personally no longer trust their hosting, payment, refund, or support process.

I am extremely disappointed. This experience has not only cost me money directly, but I estimate it has also caused thousands of dollars in business losses.

I hope the company takes responsibility for any amounts legitimately owed to me and resolves the outstanding issues properly.

I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Today I received an email from another website that appears to be using the exact same platform as mine, with only the domain name changed. Even the logo has not been replaced. From what I can see, the site looks like a direct copy of my website.

This raises serious concerns for me about how customer projects and data are handled. The fact that another website is operating with the same design, branding elements, and setup makes me question the security, privacy, and originality of the service.

They are also using Hosttoconnect domain services, and if you have compliance, privacy, or intellectual property concerns, I would advise being extremely cautious and doing thorough research before using their platform.

Based on my experience and the concerns I have encountered, I would not recommend this service and would suggest looking for a more trustworthy alternative.
