terrible service. Support takes days to respond and They supply a whmcs from june 2021 which will get you hacked and would not give an updated download even tho it's there job.

i am having nightmare of my life with…
i am having nightmare of my life with them . 2 of my services down , raised tickets they couldn't resolve for a month plus ,then Alexander (one of support staff) replied will help to move to London , as my other 3 service down there was working . After that response seems either he resigned or went for holiday no news yet , i am without my business emails for a week now .. had made me feel so frustrated with their support .. This is first time experiencing such a long delay , usually its 2-7 days , seems either this company has no support staff or seems everybody quit there .. Until they fix please dont take a risk and buy any services .. now i need to start to plan to move one by one when renewal dates come .. - will change review if they get back asap..

Cheap annual U.S. shared hosting with adequate features

It's a total scam
It's a total scam, I paid an AS it was not delivered after a month, while the support confirmed a delivery in 2 weeks maximum, a month after invoices of renewals arrive while I still have not received the service, I contact the support they gave me two solutions: refund, or I wait for the service to be delivered and they extend the period, I chose to wait, and they thanked me for confirming, one day later I was refunded, while the PayPal is blocked so I lost my money, I had said no refund!

I can't install the windows2019 system I need through myself, and the response speed and work efficiency of customer service staff are not good. So far, I still can't log in to my windows server through remote desktop, which is a poor experience.

I wanted a US based hosting provider…
I wanted a US based hosting provider that offered cPanel hosting at an affordable price. It took a little while between the time that I ordered and from when I received the log in data for the cPanel access, but with in a single day I was able to switch hosts, and be live and operational on HostUS.

Poor Service
Service when it works, everything is ok. But when it doesn't work ! Support is pure zero, they open support tickets after 4-5 hours, sometimes 4-5 days. As a rule, it's your fault, everything is always ok with them. I have a feeling it’s a side job for them. You will be offline for at least a couple of hours each month. I recommend the service to those who want to play and learn, others avoid it!

Online support is too slow & IPv6 Poor
It takes 10 days to open a ticket, usually two days to reply to each one, and IPv6 has only one address instead of one address block.

Spent two days arguing with support…
Spent two days arguing with support when I was told the reason I wanted a refund wasn't good enough. Even though they have a 3 day refund policy. I had to get the refund via paypal who closed the case in my favor.
The plan was to argue for 3 days and then say they no longer had to provide one. Either way trash company. Trash support (a guy called leo) oh and they also locked my account and sent a reply saying they had and had refunded me. Not the case paypal refunded me and this company got it's panties ina twist and locked me out.

Low price, great performance, good support
I have had a sub-rock-bottom price OpenVZ VPS with HostUS for a little over three years.
In the beginning, there were some performance issues at certain times of day because of other users on the node, but in time, with quite a bit of effort on their part, the problems were resolved.
Since then it's been smooth sailing, with hardly any downtime, crisp performance (slight slowdowns every once in a while), and an almost transparent conversion to OpenVZ 7, which they handled completely.
My application uses very little resources, and a more demanding one might run into problems, but based on my experience, I would highly recommend HostUS for such usage.

Amazing Prices and Great Performance
I've been using one of their OpenVZ VPS for 1 year and I'm just amazed by the stable performance and of course a super cheap price. Really amazed. One time I had a problem because I couldn't pay the server at time and they gave me 7 extra days. Best support team ever! :) I super recommend them!

Spam blocked IPs. Slow to solve the problem
Having issues with being given not one but 2 ips that are blocked as spam by at least a few spam databases. Slow to fix the problem. Cheap yes, but you get what you pay for.

HostUS has been nothing short of amazing from day 1. Recently they upgraded my plan to SSD for free!

Go away from hostus.us – Is a worst host!!!
After some month I understood “hostus” is a bad place dor my sites.
There are a lot of downtime. The server is slowly and NO SUPPORT !
If there is any issue they answer in support after 2-4 days.

Regular server downtime over the course of 9 months I used their slow service. Lost a 4 year old website and two domains in the matter of 24 hours. Must say the best fastest service was the refund and termination of service. I would be very cautious trusting your data in their hands or rely on their customer support.
