I had the pleasure of working with the most delightful and very helpful Customer Service Supervisor named Lilly Smith. She was very friendly, quick, informative, and she helped us save money...what more can you ask for!?

She helps us on a small issue in term of naming. She did it really great and support us at each step of the process so really thank you so much Lilly.

Had an issue arise with the hotel that had been booked and was asked to talk with the staff at Hotel Summit and their agent Lilly was kind and helpful as they tried to work with the booked hotel. Great support !

The Hilton chain has accommodations for every budget. They run every hotel like it is the top of the line. The manager on Sun Mar 9 was especially wonderful. I wish I ermembered his name
