Good content, but miserable treatment
Hotelschool the Hague is ranked one of the best in the world for its content. And it is indeed very good. But it can hardly make up for the exceptionally poor treatment of the students.
My partner is Dutch and has now made it to the final thesis - and has been working on it for nearly two years. The issue is that any councellor, coach or professor he is assigned takes in average one month or more (up to three months!) to respond to simple questions and reviews of reports. This is not a one person incident. We have been through four people during the last two years, who cannot answer to e-mails in proper time or answer the phone when you call.
I cannot count all the times that we mailed and called then with no answer. And they randomly come with excuses and promises for the late responses but with no improvement. And the secretaries who answer on behalf of the school won't do anything.
On a side note we have talked to other people who are studying or have studied at the school. The tendency seems to be the same. It takes years of fighting to get their attention. I unfortunately cannot recommend this school at all.
