I had a very bad experience with Hotline Casino.
I deposited 110 EUR and managed to win around 3300 EUR. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, my account was suddenly blocked.
They accused me of having multiple accounts ("duplicate account"), which is completely false. I only ever used one account.
I have clear video and screenshot evidence showing my gameplay, winnings, and account status.
After I complained, they only refunded my deposit (110 EUR) but refused to pay my legitimate winnings.
This is not fair and looks like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying players after they win.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this casino.

After my initial review, I want to provide an update regarding my experience with Hotline Casino.
I won approximately €3,300 and requested a withdrawal. My request was initially rejected with accusations of violating their bonus policy.
After multiple emails and complaints, my balance was eventually restored. However, since then, I have been asked to provide multiple verification documents, including:
- Passport and selfie
- Selfie with handwritten note
- Driving license
- Bank statement
- Proof of address
I have submitted ALL requested documents.
Despite this, I have not received any response since April 11, and my account still shows €0 available for withdrawal.
At this point, it feels like unnecessary delays and lack of communication.
I am still waiting for my account to be verified and for my withdrawal to be processed.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
FINAL UPDATE:
I have now received the full amount of my withdrawals.
However, the entire process took 32 days and involved repeated verification checks, long delays, changing payment statuses, and installment payments.
While the funds were ultimately paid, the overall experience was extremely stressful and much slower than expected.
