Fake marketing bought as a gift and a cheap copy completely different from what I ordered arrived

Same as other people on this site I ordered what I thought was a Laura geller make up pallet with brushes and got a half an order and a make up pallet with out instructions. They insist I got what I ordered and will not give me refund SCAM. Please don’t get taken in x

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolute con. I stupidly ordered a pack which was supposed to include make up brushes, foundation and a palette of eyeshadows. I received the palette. They will not accept that I ordered the package even though I have sent images from the order confirmation which clearly show all three items.

Fake Laura gellar items, missing items and no response from customer services!!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Same here feel stupid to go ahead with this purchase of this fake company. Laura Geller palette is a fake make-up product from China. Before I purchased I checked the companies address because I was scammed before and it said UK! They wanted me to send the product back at my own extra cost. Thankfully PayPal sorted this and refunded me the money. I have now purchased from Laura Geller website directly. More money but will be the original product. Be aware!!!!!!

I ordered what I believed to be a laura geller pallet, I feel so stupid not looking at reviews first , what i received was a very cheap pallet, which i will be throwing in the bin ,as this could contain nasties , beware this company, DO NOT BUY .

I ordered a 'starter kit' of Laura Gellen (its not) make-up which included an eyeshadow palette, X2 brushes and foundation - like other reviewers they only sent part of the order and despite photographic evidence to the contrary they insisted that I only ordered the eyeshadow palette.
Expect no help from customer service, when they eventually responded they gave me the option of returning the product to China or ordering the missing items with a 60% discount....... what a con. They even admitted that the advertisement was an 'unclear representation' which might have caused confusion (no might about it)....yet it is still on their website.
You get what you pay for I guess. I only wish I'd taken the time to read the reviews before purchasing.

Advert was misleading and when I complained tried to return cost was going to be £25
Buyer beware Chinese rubbish

Hot Shop Mall use fraudulent misleading adverts portraying well know products, but send incomplete order of unbranded products from China. They demand return to China for any refund. Do not use. They bypass Paypals resolution system by continually repeating that products must be returned. Do not buy from them.

Scammers do not buy from this company!! The goods I received were nothing like the advertised product! Requested a return and heard nothing so far! STAY AWAY

HOT-SHOPMALL is a scam!

I keep seeing an ad on tik toc promoting Laura Geller make-up. I was drawn in as Ive had Laura Geller make up before and its lush! So I decided to buy.

The website itself is very convincing that they are genuine Laura Geller products. However I tried to click the reviews- it wont actually let you see the reviews and now looking back at the tik toc adverts they have switched the comments off.

As I ordered I suddenly realised that I hadn't brought from this website before and quickly came over to here to see it was all scams, so I immediately messaged the company to cancel my order. Obviously they didn't check my message intill over 12 hours later and they had shipped the order.

I reminded them that there policy states if cancelled less that 12 hours I could get my money back. Thank goodness I paid for this product via paypal and screenshot the whole conversion as evidence to claim in back though them.

What I have received is none if what they advertised. I got a fake Laura Geller colour palette with none of the foundation or brushes that was supposed to come with it.

I realise that the make-up has come from China and Laura Geller is an American company so that explains it all really. Its a cheap knock off!

The site uses Laura Geller make up advert but the product they send is absolutely not Laura Geller. When I asked for a refund they apologiesed for the advert being misleading. It is unlawful, not misleading!

Ouyi group limited are scammers. I purchased two pair of shorts and when they arrived the sizes were baby size shorts when I ordered xxxl size. When I reached out, they said I couldn't be helped because they shipped what I ordered. I can't help that they sewed a xxxl tag on a baby size pair of shorts. Needless to say, I had to throw away the two pair of shorts and waste my hard earned money. Not happy about this.

They had a picture of something completely different when I was ordering, I paid EXTRA for a "deluxe edition" and what arrived looked like it was grabbed off a shelf in a Dollar Store. When I emailed to see if I received the wrong product they said they don't give refunds and ignored me after that.

they are scammers take your money send you something you didnt order, for me it was a £60 FX light sabre and they send two cheap toys from a 99p shop and to get your money back start a dispute on PayPal and have to pay to send it back to CHINA ! they are absolute scammers please stay clear of anything to do with OUYI GROUP LIMITED

I bought a lightsaber, luke skywalker forcefx black series, i got toys. 2 toy plastic lightsabers. I did realize it looked risky and therefore i did record when i bought it on my iphone.
